Had a great time on the Northern Ireland tour - lots of time built in for exploring on your own as well as guided tours/information while driving! Super pretty - would highly recommend

Great day out! Bus was punctual , clean and safe to leave our belongings on . Driver Krishna was both a professional driver (wow those winging roads!!) and a lovely soul - making sure you were always comfortable. Visited Kilkenny and the castle first, had about 2 hrs to walk around ( perfect time). Then off again to Glendalough Monastic Site in the Wicklow Mountains National Park. So serene and peaceful!! I could have spent all day there but only had 2hrs 😢. The ruins, old grave yard and walks to the lake. Would have liked to have spent more time walking around the lakes and the waterfalls, but we didn’t have that luxury - we would definitely go back again. Then off to Cullen farm to see the sheep dogs in action and cuddle a new lamb!! 🐑 Amazing to see these dogs in action. Our guide John was clearly a history buff!! Majority of the drive was spent telling us in detail about who did what and when. Not my thing but if it’s yours ….. We personally would have enjoyed a fun filled commentary rather than a history lesson - none of which I’ve retained - much like in school! 🤦🏻♀️ Only other thing I would add - if you get at all motion sick, these bus rides are not for you. It is very stop and go with twist and turns. No bathroom on the bus. I was quite green with coming and going. overall a great day and with how you recommended

Michael and Maurice were phenomenal tour guides! Excellent experience, definitely recommend. The Black Cab Tour was absolutely the highlight with Ken, our guide!

Fantastic trip!
What a fantastic trip! It was a long day, but so worth it. It was a well-organized and comfortable trip. We had 2 hours at the Cliffs of Moher and 2 hours in Galloway. Our guide Matt and driver Shane were fantastic and took great care of us. The trip was fun, informative and beautiful.

Good visit to Northern Ireland
Daniel (guide) and JP (driver) did a great job. There was good information. We appreciated knowing the schedule and itinerary in advance and at each stop. Bingo led by Daniel was fun! The tour had a good balance of explanation and music (to relax). Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Best tour to see the Cliffs
Aaron our tour guide was the best tour you can ask for with Stephen the bus driver. Aaron born and still living in Dublin . As we’re driving through city of Dublin Aaron gave us huge amount of knowledge ab our t the city . The trip went very fast because of Aaron great personality , and mentioning numerous must see places to see . Wish I had him on every tour he was Awesome !!!!

All in one-Nature and History
Enjoyable day trip wherein you get to see the awesome cliffs of Moher along the vast Atlantic ocean and get some really super views! Had a tasty meal at one of the restaurants in Enis Town after which we were transported to the mediaeval era of Bunratty castle and its fascinating folk park with its thatched roof cottages and an interesting peep nto their rooms and way of life.The fairy trail track too was an enchanting experience. Loved the day tour!

The cliffs are gorgeous! It was so windy it was hard to stand up that day. They tie many movies to the cliffs, such as Harry Potter and others.

1000% Recommend
We loved Wild Rover Tours and our guide, Niavh, and the driver, Joe. They were both hospitable, friendly, and knowledgeable. I felt incredibly safe with Joe’s driving in the very narrow roads. We would take Wild Rover Tours again in a heart beat and would specifically ask for Joe and Niavh!

We had a lovely day! Daniel was fantastic! I recommended him and this tour 100%. We visited the cliffs and a castle, had amazing food, and learned a great deal about Ireland!

Day trip to Belfast and Giant causeway.
Great full day trip. Had Brandon as our guide.. so informative and funny!! Made Irish history fun. Our driver Keith was also great. The titanic museum was amazing and the giants causeway was a beautiful site to see. It was a long day but well worth it.

Super trip to the west
We had an exemplary day with Josh (guide) and Sarah (driver). They were kind, knowledgeable, and entertaining. The Cliffs of Moher were lovely, Galway City was beautiful, and the drive in between was very nice, too. It was a very long day (12+ hours, 640+ km), yet somehow didn’t feel terribly long because of good balance and good leadership — and all credit goes to Josh and Sarah. Definitely recommend.

Best bus tour!
We had Daniel as our tour guide and Michael as our driver. Both were great! They are like a comedy act! They were extremely friendly and even more knowledgeable about the places we visited. My only complaint is that I wish we’d spent more time in Ennis. There is alot to see, maybe another 30 mins would be better. Otherwise it was a lot of fun! Make Daniel play bingo! 😂

Comfortable coach tour through spectacular Irish landscape with knowledgeable guide and skillful driver
My niece Melanie from NZ and I loved this tour with knowledgeable guide Brian and skilled bus driver Joe. We received a cheery welcome at the bus stop outside Trinity College in Dublin. The bus ride was smooth and swift with scheduled comfort stops. Brian quietly provided excellent historical and cultural context in his periodic commentary on sites along the route against a gentle background of Celtic mood music. The rain stopped and clouds cleared during our amazing visit to the spectacular Cliffs of Moher. Brian's recommendations for shopping and eateries in Galway were excellent and we boarded the bus punctually for our swift and relaxing trip back to Dublin after a hectic day. Highly recommended for couples and elderly( I'm 70 and had no issues with access, stairs or strenuous walks).

Guided part was not worth it
The experience was okay. Beautiful sights, we basically took this tour for the "private" bus and the sheep experience, but in the end the most beautiful thing by far was Glendalough. The guided tour was meh, we had better guides in other tours we did. Especially because in the end most of the things you do, you do them by yourself, a thing I ended up prefering. Something I didn't like it's that the tour guide seemed to only be interested in talking to Americans, Canadians and English-speaking natives, even when most of us could defend ourselves perfectly in English. He spent the whole bus ride talking to everybody about where they were from, and trying to connect those places to Irish culture, which is great, but he only seemed, as I said, to talk with English-natives. When he asked where were we from, instead of talking to us he gave us a paper sheet with information about our country and the connections to Irish culture, and that's all the interaction he gave us. The funny thing is that both my partner and I where from the places described on that paper sheet, so the information was barely new to us. But when we tried to initiate any type of conversation about it, he dismissed us. We didn't try again for the rest of the day. So, ok for the bus ride and the route, but the guided portion was not worth it.

Excellent tour and guides/ driver. The history and info plus scenery were excellent. Would recommend.
