Our guide provided us with lots of historical details, background information on Irish names (including those on the passenger list), and tips on shopping and viewpoints. The meeting point and onward travel arrangements were very clear. The two hours each at the Cliffs of Galway and in Galway were sufficient (it was March, and not too crowded). There were also many pointers to sights during the bus ride – unfortunately, no further photo stops. (Original) Das frühe Aufstehen hat sich gelohnt! Unser Guide hat uns mit viel geschichtlichen Details, Hintergrund zu irischen Namen (auch auf der Passagierliste) und Tips zum Shopping, Aussichtspunkten begleitet. Sehr klare Angaben zu Treffpunkt und Weiterfahrt. Die je 2h Zeit bei den Cliffs und in Galway waren ausreichend (März, nicht zu voll). Auch während der Busfahrt viele Hinweise zu Sehenswürdigkeiten - leider keine weiteren Photostops.

Beautiful ride from Dublin. Our guide was very informative- he sang a few Irish folk songs along the way. Gave great suggestions for places to eat and visit during our stop in Galway. He also gave suggestions for restaurants, pubs with music, and places to visit in Dublin. Our driver was excellent - navigated a few tight spots with ease. The only negative- bus seats were extremely uncomfortable. My back was beginning to hurt by the time we got back.

We went on the Cliffs of Moher, wild Atlantic way and Galway tour on 25/2/2026. As me, my parents and my boyfriend were getting on the bus, the driver Stephen, was standing on the isle of the bus so we had to sit close to the front, as he was blocking us from sitting further back. Our tour guide Elisa called him to help her with something and he made a comment "I'll be there in a minute, I'm just waiting on Argentina to get out of my way" which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed. Myself and my parents are from Argentina, my boyfriend is irish, so when we booked this tour, about a month in advance, we put in a note saying that there will be 2 Spanish-speaking people on the tour and if there is a Spanish translation available. We did not expect a reply and knew the tour was in English but we did add that when we booked the tour, just in case. As the tour started, I was translating the information being said to us for the first hour and a half and there was no issues at all, we were having a great time. However, after the hour and a half, our tour guide Elisa stopped and asked me to stop talking over her because "all she kept hearing was my voice" which was disrupting the tour. I of course apologized for the inconvenience but explained that I was trying to translate so the information about things and buildings we were currently passing wouldn't get lost on us. She then came over to us and told me to stop talking and that she could understand and speak our language and that was confusing her. She also said she would pause more so I would have time to translate for my parents, which didn't happen at all. What is worse is that, for the rest of the tour, she proceeded to ignore my parents; but given that she said that she could speak our language, it would have been nice of her to at least address them. This outburst happened in front of the rest of the passengers and again we felt unwelcomed and singled out for not being english speakers. On our way to the cliffs, the driver was speeding down the country roads. This made us feel sick due to the uneven and twisted nature of these roads. The cliffs themselves were hidden by fog, which wasn't anyone's fault, but we enjoyed our own time there nevertheless. Then, on our way to Galway, the driver kept speeding on the narrow and bumpy roads, which made us feel unsafe and even more sick. Finally, on our way back to Dublin, the driver ran through 2 red lights at "Heuston station" and by "Bachelors Walk", which is reckless and unsafe. The driver also grabed my boyfriend by the shoulder and shoved him as we were getting off the bus, trying to talk to him. This, once again, made us feel uncomfortable. All in all, my parents, boyfriend and I made the best of the places we visited and the time we spent together, but our experience was dulled by a rude tour guide and a reckless driver.

i’m so glad i did this tour! the tour guides, dave and steven, were amazing and so kind, they made the experience 100x better. the cliffs of moher were beautiful and it was so fun to walk around galway. i would definitely do this again.

Wunderschöne Aussichten, viel Gelächter und interessante Geschichten!

Es war ein Super Erlebnis. Unser Guide Dave und Busfahrer Stephen waren sehr sympathisch und haben den ganzen Trip bereichert. Der Trip ist bestens organisiert mit genug Zeit und Freizeit an den Cliffs und in Galway. Dave erzählt während den Fahrten eine interessante Geschichte über Irland. Es war ein Tag den wir nicht so schnell vergessen werden. Vielen Dank! Wenn man in Irland ist, muss man diesen Trip unbedingt erleben.

Educational, Insightful, and Fun Journey to the Cliffs and Galway

I had the absolute pleasure of having Mr. O’Malley as my tour guide and it was, to say the least, profound and wonderful. He loves his country and he shared that love with us during the tour. He educated us on the history of Ireland, talked about the hard things, the light things, and the things he himself holds dear. Throughout our time on the bus and exploring solo Mr. O’ Malley was kind and helpful, giving recommendations and also tips and tricks about how to maximize your time (for all those who are efficient travelers!). Now I don’t know about the other tour guides but I would recommend him in a less than a heartbeat. I had a time that I’ll never forget and developed an even greater respect for the Irish people and their history. I hope you take this tour and have just as much fun and learn even more than I did!

Good experience. Beautiful places to visit. Cab tour was a little too general on info for me.

The tour guide and bus driver were great. Very knowledgeable about the area, sights, and history. They kept the group on schedule so that we could be on time and see everything. The cab tour would have been better if our driver would have gone been a little more detailed on info about the conflict in Belfast. It also felt a little one sided and not an unbiased account and tour.
