Outstanding experience! We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the Wicklow Mountains, Kilkenny and the Laragh Sheep Dog Trial on Tuesday November 26. Of special note was our tour guide Ian. Ian was so engaged, knowledgeable and a true gentleman. He took a personal interest in ensuring that everyone was comfortable and where they needed to be during the trip. His recommendations for fine Irish food were spot on sending us to excellent local dining establishments. Many thanks to our driver Krishna who was safe, professional and courteous. In particular, my daughter Sophia enjoyed this trip as the main highlight of her week in Ireland and first European trip. Memories were made during this trip that will last a lifetime!

We took the Belfast, Dunluce Castle, and Giant's Causeway day trip from Dublin, opting for the black cab political tour of Belfast and the Peace Wall, and the entire experience was excellent. Kevin was absolutely 100%, smart, fun, personable, and extremely knowledgeable about everything from the politics to the geography, to the mythology, and all things in between. JP was our excellent driver, navigating a large (and comfortable) bus through the tiny northern lanes with grace and aplomb. A perfect day trip from Dublin, highly recommend.

On our recent trip to Ireland we were looking to get out of Dublin and explore the countryside a little, so we found Wild Rover Tours and their tour to a sheep farm, the Wicklow national park, and the town of Kilkenny. Despite the cold and rainy conditions, what do you want for late November in Ireland, we had a great time and got our money's worth for sure. We even got to hold a baby lamb of 9 days old! Another highlight was the Glendalough complex. If you are a history buff, this stop puts you right in it, and you can imagine yourself living in this Monastic site. The itinerary was very well thought out, and our guide John was a wealth of knowledge. We learned so much about Ireland, and had fun along the way, as John is both very funny, and a great story teller. Marco, our driver, took good care of us maneuvering the large coach expertly along the narrow roads and streets. Speaking of the coach; Very comfortable and well cared for. We are looking forward to our next visit to Ireland, which for sure will include another Wild Rover Tour. Next time, maybe Belfast and the Giant's Causeway. That's something we'd like to see. Overall, five stars. We loved it. If you have a day in Ireland and you want to go explore, Wild Rover Tours is a great way to do it.

My friend and I went on the Galway + Moher Cliffs tour and it exceeded our expectations! We loved both stops and felt so welcomed. Would come to Wild Rover Tours for every tour in Ireland! The explanations from the sweet Eve were very informational and very interesting! Brian was our driver and took us along the Ireland winding roads very easily and got us home safe! We loved every second! Definitely a tour you NEED to do in Ireland! 5 stars all around!

Fabulous trip across Ireland east to west. The weather was typically wet winter grey for the most part but so atmospheric. The longer summer days would make perhaps be better but December is winter. The Cliffs of Moher are fabulous. Great visitor centre for when it is too wet to get out much. The pics there show what could be… then on to the great wee city of Galway before the long drive back. The Wild Rover Team worked well together from the meeting point to the end. Stephen drove fabulously the motorway, city and narrow country lanes along the coast route. Our guide was Christian whose breadth of linguistic ability and accents was awesome and entertaining, inclusive and friendly. It was a great trip.

We did the Day tour out to the Cliffs of Moher and to Galway and back to Dublin. Sara was a great driver and Dave was a fun guide. He was very personable and informative. He had a lot of helpful information. I will definitely recommend!

Great tour! Very informative and had plenty of time at each of the stops. Wicklow Mountains was very interesting and different from what we expected (in a good way!). Gillian kept things moving nicely and she was very entertaining. Definitely recommend this operator and tour.

Wild Rover tours offered an amazing, unforgettable day tour to Cullens Sheep Farm, the Wicklow Mountains (where a lot of scenes from Leap Year and Braveheart were filmed), Glendalough, and Kilkenny. We departed from Dublin in the morning, and enjoyed a fabulous day with enough time on each site to explore and take in the sights. Our guide David was friendly, knowledgeable and made the trip very enjoyable; he sang traditional Irish songs and shared a lot of great historical facts about each area we visited. The highlight for me was the visit to the sheep farm, where we got the chance to see 2 adorable baby lambs born a couple of weeks before, and a sheep dog demonstration 😍

Awesome tour. The bus leaked when raining. But the tour guide (Keith) was awesome and gave great interpretation/recommendations during the tour. While the weather at the Cliffs were was horrible, the views were beautiful and the visitor center was clean/warm.

Phenomenal tour! Una was AMAZING! We used a few different tour companies on vacation and Wild Rover and Una in particular were by far the best!
