Highly recommend this tour! You have both a driver and a guide, so the driver is focused on driving and the guide is focused on guiding. :) Our driver was awesome and we never felt uneasy. Our guide was awesome, too, and we learned so much on the tour. The communication was great about how long we'd be on the bus for every given stretch, when to be back, etc.

Eve was a fantastic tour guide - rich stories full of history and explanations for everything you could want to know for the ride between Dublin and galway, and a full Irish history in general. Keith was a very kind driver and got us there safe and on time to all stops. Highly recommend and would book again!

First, it was excellent value for money. For those who were interested in the history of Belfast, the black cab tour was an astonishing opportunity to hear from those who experienced "The Troubles" first-hand. There was pride, sadness, humor, resilience, frustration, and perhaps some optimism that the future will be brighter for future generations. From this travelers perspective, as Europe evolves, Belfast appears to be (apologies).. stuck in a moment that it can't get out of. Our tour team (Una and John) provided so much added value. There is no substitute for first-hand experience and we departed the tour with a mix of immense gratitude and profound sadness at the history relayed to us. No child should live that life. Many still do. The second half of the journey was memorable for more predictable reasons. The Giant's Causeway is a must-see. The countryside of Northern Ireland is a must-see. The change of currency from Euro's to Pounds is an immediate reminder that there is a divided Ireland. The Emerald Isle is a treasure chest of contradictions. This tour tears the band aid off the "Erin go Bragh" illusion and is 100% recommended.

The weather was terrible: rain, wind, and thick fog, which prevented us from truly enjoying the experience. I understand that the weather cannot be controlled, but it would have been appropriate to warn us in advance or offer an alternative. The entire experience seemed "dragged out" just to avoid cancellation. Once we requested a refund, we were treated like paupers, with statements like "Italians want their money back" directed at us, and this was also shared with other tour participants. Hi there, I am writing to formally address the unacceptable way the payment issue was handled during my recent experience. While I appreciate that the payment matter was eventually resolved, the driver’s behavior was extremely unprofessional. Upon reaching the Giants Causeway, he insisted that we could not leave the bus without payment. Unfortunately, my cellphone did not work with the QR code, and we had to rely on my friend’s device to resolve the situation, wich is from Panama and she didn't have Internet. Let me make it clear: my concern is not merely about the payment, I fully acknowledge my responsibility to pay. What upset me was the driver’s approach to a situation that was not my fault. I was embarrassed and frustrated by how he managed the situation in front of other passengers. This is not the level of service I expect. I believe you should be aware that there is significant room for improvement in customer service, and I urge you to take this feedback seriously. Best regards, Ruben Negrete

What a great day and fabulous tour. Brendan and Leo were very kind, knowledgeable, funny and informative. The bus ride was very comfortable. The timeline of the day was to the minute. It was a perfect Irish day, weather-wise (cloudy and breezy with the sun peeking through here and there and just a little rain at the end). Thank you for a memorable day. My daughter and I enjoyed ourselves immensely. I’m glad she got to see the beautiful countryside on her first trip to Ireland.

This was the tour with Liam as our guide, who was very knowledgeable and very enthusiastic to share the history of Ireland and the places we visited. This was the tour to Kilkenny, Wicklow and Glendalough. The tour was fantastic, well organized and adequate time at all the places. The highlight was a visit to sheep farm with demonstration of sheep herding by a sheepdog and a chance to hold a baby lamb The second tour we took was to giants causeway and Belfast with Kevin as our fantastic guide. He had tons of info for us about the sites we visited. Very happy with the way the tour was organized and time schedule kept. Enough time at all locations The third tour we took with Rory as our guide to Cliffs of Moher and Galway. Again another great trip with our amazing guide. Gave us lots of info about the sites we visited. The drive from Cliffs to Galway was simply spectacular through the Burren Great tour company

Marcin, our driver, made the entire experience smooth and comfortable, navigating both city streets and rugged coastal roads with great skill and calm professionalism. In Belfast, we had the opportunity to choose between the Titanic Museum and the Black Taxi Cab Tour. I chose the Black Taxi Cab Tour and it was a profoundly moving experience. Local drivers, who had lived through the Troubles, shared personal stories and historical insights as they guided us through significant neighborhoods and the peace walls. Their honesty and openness made the complex history of Northern Ireland feel immediate and human. Those who visited the Titanic Museum spoke just as highly of it, describing a world-class exhibition that was both immersive and emotional. Our stop at Dunluce Castle was short but spectacular. The castle ruins perched dramatically on the cliffs offered breathtaking views and a sense of stepping back in time. Finally, the Giant’s Causeway was even more extraordinary than we had imagined. Walking among the surreal basalt columns and taking in the wild beauty of the coastline was a highlight of the day. Dave gave helpful advice on the best paths to explore and we had enough time to truly enjoy the experience without feeling rushed. Throughout the entire day, the tour was perfectly paced and thoughtfully organized. Dave’s stories during the drives, combined with Marcin’s careful driving, made even the longer stretches feel enjoyable and relaxing. This was much more than just sightseeing. It was a day filled with learning, reflection, beauty, and real emotional impact. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Ireland who wants to experience the powerful history and breathtaking landscapes of Northern Ireland. We had a fab day yesterday on the Belfast & Giants causeway tour! We got lucky with gorgeous weather. The black taxi tour was really interesting, Dunluce castle is gorgeous, and Giant's Causeway is very cool to see. Our tour guide and bus driver were a great duo (Brendan and Krishna). We recommend the tour!
