Matt and Steve were awesome. The trip was wonderful despite the weather not being the best. Going to the Cliffs of Moher was amazing.

A Great Experience!

With Billy as our driver and Julia as our guide, the trip was informative, entertaining, and safe! We faced some challenges in getting to our destinations on time due to the protests in the city centre and blockades on the motorway, but they managed to figure out the best route for us! Although most of our time was spent on the bus, Julia kept us entertained with information about Ireland’s history and the significance of Galway and the Cliffs of Moher. Additionally, she provided a short walking tour when we first arrived in Galway, which I thought was a nice bonus! Overall, with the time spent at each place, the information provided and the support from our guide and driver, this was an amazing tour and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dublin!

Must see!

Paulo and Stephen O. were a great team (driver/guide). Stephen was entertaining and very knowledgeable about Irish history. The black cab tour was so informative and gave a understanding of the Irish struggles. The castle and causeway were breathtaking. Definitely recommend.

Fun and Interesting Tour

Stephen O’Malley was our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable about history. The cliffs are breathtaking and highly recommended.

Incredible Driving and Knowledgeable Guide – Just Wish We Had More Time in Galway

Great tour of the Cliffs and the Wild Atlantic Way! Our guide was a wealth of information, and Eddie the driver is a legend—he handled tight roads and road blocks like a pro. My only complaint is that the stop in Galway felt rushed. The guide started our two-hour timer before we were even off the bus, and the city deserves a bit more time than we were ultimately given. Still a very well-organized day!

We loved the Giants...

We loved the Giants Causeway even though the weather was cold, rainy and very windy. Our tour guide in the Black Cab tour was very knowledgeable but we had a hard time understanding him. We were able to return to Dublin on a coastal route and the view was amazing.

Great Day to the North Coast!

We had a great day on this tour. Our guide Una and driver Mick were so warm, friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. It was an honor to hear Una’s stories about growing up in Belfast and learn about Northern Ireland’s culture. They both did a great job handling the adversity of the morning due to the gas price protest in the city center. We left later than expected which was out of their control but we managed to have plenty of time at each stop. We chose the Titanic visitor center and it was great, however, the beauty of Dunlace Castle and Giant’s Causeway really stole the show.

Expect unpredictable...

This was a wonderful day trip! Galway is a neat town with some great shops, and the Cliffs are breathtaking. I also enjoyed our guide, Niamh’s stories along the way. She was great and very knowledgeable! One piece of advice is to expect unpredictable weather and dress accordingly with layers and rain gear. Also wear good shoes (preferably waterproof).

Dave L and Krishna were fantastic as our guide and driver team! We highly recommend them for future tours! We experienced some challenges with our route due to the protest blockades and they navigated the situation expertly. The historical information and storytelling, consideration for our needs, additional guide information about Dublin, and humor made the trip excellent. Thank you both for a great day of adventure!!

Excellent tour guide and driver! Organized with plenty of time at each spot. Kilkenny was very beautiful and had lots to see and eat. Robs farm was a veey unique experience which we enjoyed greatly. Congrats wildrovers! Great job Neil + Peter!

Great day trip from Dublin, beautiful sights.

Great experience with Neil and Pete! Loved every stop on the trip, especially the Glendalough nature walk. The views were awesome and they were great guides. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to see Irish countryside.

Visit to Cliffs of Moher

Was an fantastic trip, our guide, Niamh was wonderful, lots of great information, funny stories, and delightful personality. Even though the winds were incredibly strong, and parts of the trail were closed, the Cliffs were viewable. Best views are to the right up the hill as you enter.

Fantastic tour, fun and interesting tour guide and navigated the protest well. Could well consider another tour another time. Only thing I missed was a bit more legroom

Thank you WILD ROVER TOURS! I booked them for 2 trips to explore outside of Dublin, Ireland (Western & Northern Ireland). Matt & Pete were phenomenal for my Cliffs of Moher, Galway, The Burren & Wild Atlantic Way excursion. Stephen & Paolo were dynamic for my Belfast, Dunluce Castle, & Giant’s Causeway trip. Both outings were edutaining (educational & entertaining). Special s/o to Paddy the taxi driver during the Belfast Black Taxi political tour. Plus, seeing the Titanic bits of history was definitely a bonus! As a solo female traveler, this was sure-fire way to experience the Emerald Isle safely, efficiently and without the toils of figuring it all out! I learned so much and truly grateful for the fond memories created through Wild Rover Tours.
