Another Great Day With Wild Rover

This was our second Wild Rover tour. We spent the day with Paul and Macir and they took great care of us. This was a wonderful day-tour highlighted by a visit to Cullen’s Sheep Farm! The only hiccup was the USB port at our seats were inoperative. But Paul came through and let us use his power bank to charge our phone and ensure we were able to capture the precious moment and beautiful scenery!

Aanrader deze tour!

Erg leuke tour, ondanks het slechte weer. We hadden wel goede regenkleding en dat was wel nodig. Vriendelijke gids en chauffeur. Leuke uitleg van de favoriete sport in Ierland, shurling. In Kilkenny het kasteel bezichtigd, leuk en interessant. Tegenover het kasteel heerlijk gegeten, op de bovenverdieping van een mooie souvenierszaak. Glendalough is prachtig! Mooie wandeling gemaakt. Het bezoek aan de sheepfarm was ook een succes. Erg leuk om te zien en we boften met schattige lammetjes, die we ook vast mochten houden. Aanrader deze tour!

We had a great time and learned a lot

We had Rory as our guide and Michael as our driver. They were both friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the black cab tour and learning about Northern Ireland.

The Best Day of My Ireland Trip

This tour is simply a must-do on any visit to Dublin. The scenic drive to Northern Ireland was breathtaking with great views of the countryside. The Titanic Museum really gave me that almost haunting sense of history that comes with the best story telling. The views from Dunluce Castle and of the Giants Causeway were amazing. Many thanks to Krishna, our driver, and Brendan, our tour guide, from Wild Rover Tours for a 5-star experience.

A Special Day With Wild Rover

This was our first Wild Rover tour and it was spectacular. We spent the day with Brian and Steven and learned so much about the rich history and geography of Ireland. This is a must-do tour and you won’t regret it!

Great for a first impression of Ireland when staying in Dublin.

It's a long trip but well worth it. Galway's beautiful and the views at the cliffs are spectacular. Our guide Eve was lovely and very funny. She told us alot about the history and nature of Ireland and was always happy to answer any individual questions. Our excellent driver Sarah perfectly managed to manouver us across the island despite the disruptions due to the current protests.

We booked the Galway/Cliffs of Moher/Wild Atlantic Way trip with Wild Rover Tours, and loved it! Brian and Stephen were both amazing at creating a welcoming and memorable experience for the day. Brian was very knowledgeable and great at pointing things out along our drive, making the entire experience feel more like a tour and less like a “drive”. We were in Ireland during the fuel protests, and they were pros at handling the small blockade we ran into upon our arrival back into Dublin by providing context and transparency to the situation. Overall, absolutely loved this tour and this company!

UPDATE FOR 2ND TOUR: Stephen O. (guide) & Michael D. (driver) were absolutely amazing!! We took a second tour after recommendation from John on our first tour - to Giants Causeway, Belfast City & Dunluce Castle. So awesome to hear a great mix of history & personal stories. The personal stories really made the experience. Stephen also gave us recommendations on how to spend our time at each stop based on the weather, which worked out great. Everyone was punctual and we even got in a quick extra stop for some photos! Belfast black taxi tour was also an experience I will never forget. Very difficult & sad history with a lot of recommendations on where to learn more. HIGHLY recommend this tour, especially with Stephen & Michael. Great chats, welcoming/friendly, safe driving... Couldn't recommend enough. Had a fabulous time on the Wild Rover Tour: Cliffs Of Moher, Wild Atlantic Way & Galway City Day Tour from Dublin with my husband, brother & dad. Our guide John was very entertaining & witty. Loved all of the detail and history throughout the tour. My dad really enjoyed chatting with him as well. FULL tour, but everyone was respectful and on time :) Room for bags above, comfortable seats and clean windows to take in the views. PJ was a GREAT & safe driver. It's nice to have a driver and a guide, so the driver can focus. Other tours I've been on (different service) the driver was also the guide. Entirely worth the money & trip out of Dublin to see more of Ireland.

We had such a great time! Booked the trip the night before on a whim and it worked out perfectly. The bus up to Belfast was comfortable and our guide, Una, was awesome. She answered all questions and was a great conversationalist. You could tell she really wanted everyone to have a good time on the trip and learn about the history of each place we visited. A big thank you to the driver JP as well!! Each stop along the tour felt like the perfect amount of time. While at the Giant's Causeway we ate lunch at The Nook which I highly recommend at that stop.
