It was an unforgettable day! Huge heartfelt thanks to John and Pete for being with us—I’ll definitely go with them again next time I’m in Dublin! I was on the tour Kilkenny, Wicklow Mountains, Glendalough, and despite the cold weather, the day was magical. Special thanks to guide John for the magical energy of this day! Definitely 100/100!!!

Brilliant day

This was a great day with guide Dave and driver Stephen. The tour was very well organised, and there was adequate time at both the Cliffs of Moher and Galway. Would highly recommend planning a day for this tour while in Dublin.

I did this tour April 2025 and had a great time. I decided to come back to Ireland with my siblings and had to book with Wild Rover Tours again! Great service. Our tour guide Stephen was kind and shared tons of history with us and Dave was a fantastic driver :)!

Really good trip to cliffs of Moher with Wild Rover Tours. Our driver Steven and tour guide Matt did exellent work all day. I specially liked small details: when you leave the bus, Matt showed us the comeback time using little white board - no late comers. Our lunch stop in Ennis was really good organized: Matt showed us the menu on our way to the CoM. And when we arrived, Matt took our orders. At the restaurant all we need to do was order the drinks and go to sit - really easy - and food was really good (wide selection of options, also suitable for veg.). Also you was planned to eat on your own, that is of course possible. Matt told us interesting facts during our bus rides so the were not just ”bus rides”. Only little detail I was hoping that we would have had little more time in the Ennis. I think that it would be better, if you cut 30min off from the last stop and add it to the Ennis stop. All in all, I really enjoyed the trip with Matt and Steven. Highly recommend!

Great overall

Matt, the guide and Steven, the driver were fantastic. Kept us entertained but still told us a lot of great Irish history. The trip itself was amazing. Although, we were rained on, we got to enjoy each place because the scenery is breathtaking.

Great day trip!

We had a great trip with our guide Julia and driver Stephen! Pick up in Dublin was organized and easy. Julia was a terrific guide and her Irish centric music playlist was fun to listen to while on the bus. We had the right amount of time to enjoy the cliffs as well as to explore Galway some on the way home. Definitely worth setting aside a day to make this trip while in Dublin!

We did the Wicklow, Glendalough and Kilkenny tour today and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The landscapes were breathtaking, the stops were perfectly chosen, and everything was very well organized. A huge part of what made this tour so special were our guides, John and Pete. They were incredibly friendly, funny and welcoming, and created such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the day. Their stories, local knowledge and sense of humor made the long drives fly by, and you could really feel how passionate they are about what they do. We had plenty of time to explore each stop, take photos and really enjoy the places without feeling rushed. Glendalough was especially stunning, and Kilkenny was a great mix of history, charm and free time to explore on our own. Overall, this tour was one of the highlights of our trip to Ireland. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dublin – an unforgettable day with amazing views and even better guides.

The guide and the driver were amazing! Warren is handling the coach like an eagle soaring in the sky. His drivers license is getting renewed next week, and he’ll pass foshooo!! John made us feel special, even tho our norwegian heritage should make him hate us for the ploundering. His knowledge for the history of Ireland had us interested from the very beginning, and he made the trip rich and enjoyable. thank you so much for a great experience!

10/10 wonderful taste of Ireland! 🇮🇪

Guide John and driver Peter absolutely took this trip beyond 10/10. John’s thoughtful storytelling including plenty of historical context to help us understand the importance of everything we saw today. I really enjoyed chatting with him and Peter one on one and hearing their own stories. I got a chance to chat a bit with Richie at the sheep farm too. Super interesting to learn about how sheep farming has and hasn’t changed over generations. I loved the taste of Kilkenny we got and am definitely coming back for a longer trip next time.

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Daithi and Joe! They were funny, informative, and passionate about their country. I also appreciated Daithi spotlighting upcoming young Irish talent through his playlist. We loved visiting the cliffs and Galway in winter. We essentially had the place to ourselves!
