Impressive day trip

We thoroughly enjoyed this day tour. Dunluce Castle is located in a spectacular setting overlooking the ocean, and the ruins are a must-see. Giant's Causeway is fascinating for everyone and impressive even for a geologist. Our tour guide provided lots of interesting perspectives on Irish history as we drove through the countryside. We already knew quite a bit about that history, but hearing another perspective is always beneficial. The local guide for our walking tour of Belfast slanted his narrative toward the English/Protestant side of The Troubles, which is reasonable for someone who grew up in Northern Ireland. Overall, the tour was run efficiently and on-time, and the cost was fair. Folks who might be planning to spend several days in Dublin definitely should consider going on this tour. In addition, the cost is quite reasonable considering the distance travelled by coach and the quality of the sites that we visited.

Wonderful day trip

Unfortunately, the Cliffs of Moher were completely covered in fog, so we couldn't enjoy the view, but that was nobody's fault. Rory was a fantastic guide, friendly, informative, and entertaining throughout the day. Stipe was an excellent driver, making the journey safe and comfortable. Galway was beautiful, and we still had a great experience. Thank you both! 😊

Skip Ennis & Limerick and just do Cliffs of Moher!

We took this tour because we really wanted to go to the Cliffs of Moher. That stop was impressive for sure. Ennis and Limerick were only so so and I could definitely have done without that. I wish we would have done more of the Wild Atlantic Way & Galway or something. Our tour guide & driver was the same guy... can't remember his name. He did a good job, but I wish he would've given us more information about Ireland or her history. Definitely go to see the Cliffs of Moher! If you take this tour, be sure to bring some snacks. There will be stops for snacks and coffee. Also, you'll need a raincoat and comfy walking shoes.

We had a great time...

We had a great time exploring parts of Ireland we would have missed since we didn’t rent a car. Our guide, Ian, was amazing! He did a great job of explaining what we were seeing while also throwing in some pop culture and history!

Excellent tour... highly recommend!

My mom, daughter, and I took this tour recently. Rory was our guide. It was a very long day, but so worth it. Every stop was well worthwhile. The titanic museum was really interesting and informative. I was least excited about Dunluce Castle, but the views were absolutely stunning! The Giant's Causeway was also awesome. Be prepared to walk down to the Causeway. We had beautiful weather that day, but it would be really slippery and miserable if it was raining. There are plenty of stops along the way for food, coffee, etc, but you can also bring your own food. We brought some little packaged sandwiches & fruit. Rory was a great guide and gave us lots of really interesting information about Ireland's history. As a history teacher myself, this was my favorite part! We loved this tour and definitely recommend it!

First of all, contrary to...

First of all, contrary to what was advertised, there was no Wi-Fi on the bus. There were also no charging outlets available. In addition, when we arrived at the Giant’s Causeway, we were simply given free time without being provided with clear directions on how to reach the site or where to go. We were dropped off in the parking area and only told what time to return. On previous tours I have joined, the guide would first lead the group to the attraction and then allow free time afterward. Instead, we spent the first 10 minutes trying to figure out where to walk. Unfortunately, the guide’s attitude was also disappointing. Throughout the tour, we felt as though we could be scolded at any moment whenever we asked a question.

Great tour guide

My tour guide was very friendly, knowledgeable and funny! Dave L was a great guide! We fit so much into one day, with the only downside being you get about 1.5-2 hours at each location which seems like not enough time. Overall great experience

What an incredible day with Wild Rover Tours! A huge thank you to Steven O'Malley and our driver Billy for making our Giant’s Causeway and Belfast City Tour one of the highlights of our trip to Ireland. Steven was everything you could hope for in a guide!! he was knowledgeable, funny, engaging, and a natural storyteller. We started our adventure at the Titanic Experience and it was awesome and a great way to see how this became so important in history. We specifically wanted a tour that went beyond the scenery and really explored Ireland’s history, and Steven absolutely delivered. His deep knowledge brought every stop to life, from the ancient legends surrounding Giant’s Causeway to the complex and fascinating history of Belfast. What made the experience even more special was how personal Steven made it. He shared stories about his own family and their connection to Ireland’s history, which added a level of authenticity and emotion that you simply can’t get from a guidebook. It felt less like a tour and more like spending the day with a passionate local who genuinely loves sharing his country’s story. Billy deserves recognition as well. Navigating narrow roads, city streets, and busy tourist stops with ease, he kept us safe, comfortable, and right on schedule throughout the day. His professionalism behind the wheel allowed everyone to relax and fully enjoy the experience. The tour was perfectly organized, packed with stunning scenery, fascinating history, and plenty of laughs along the way. If you're looking for a Giant’s Causeway and Belfast tour that combines breathtaking sights with genuine Irish storytelling and personality, ask for Steven and Billy, you won't be disappointed. We had the best experience on the Belfast/Giant’s Causeway tour! Stephen O’Malley was hilarious and knowledgeable. We learned so much and really appreciated his personal stories shared throughout the day. I would highly recommend this tour! Our driver Billy did an excellent job navigating the narrow roads smoothly.

We took the Dublin: Cliffs of Moher, Atlantic Edge & Galway City tour. We had a fun day with Sarah who did an excellent job of being both driver and tour guide at the last minute. She was very informative about what we were seeing and the scenery was amazing. From the famous Cliffs of Moher to the Wild Atlantic Way we had our breath taken away for a lot of the day. Sarah also gave us great recommendations for where to eat in both Galway and Dublin. both places we tried were excellent.

Matt was funny & told all the historical facts in a way that made it interesting & not boring at all! & Kasper’s driving made the journey really comfortable (so comfortable i took multiple naps oops). the timing of each stop was just nice as well! definitely worth taking a day out of your itinerary to join the Wild Rover Tours ✨
