I’m writing this review on the way back. Do not book with this tour company. Especially if there is a guide named Steve O, cancel your booking. * We arrived specifically at 5:30 and first at queue. Even though there was no reservation system, he put a “reserved” sign on the first 8 seats and did not let us sit there. * After that, he handpicked a group of 4 people and told them “you seem like you don’t ask too many questions,” and arranged the seating plan asking people nationalities. These people placed on front seats had no health/age related issues. * On top of that, we joined this tour to see natural locations, learn about dunluce castle,heritage site, but instead he kept talking about IRA propaganda and his personal stories on conflict 95% of the tour. At one point, he even went as far as claiming that the IRA killed fewer civilians than loyalists, which felt completely unprofessional. Tour company keep protecting this attitude instead of resolving issues as customer focused. Other issues: * The WiFi did not work properly * Stopover locations are just gas station on the road. They stop in small villages on Scotland Highland Tours. * Badmouthing on other tour operators. The only good thing was that the locations themselves were naturally beautiful. With a different tour company, this experience could have been much better. Afterwards I also saw that many other reviews mention similar issues. I wish I had read them before booking. -------- Honestly, the fact that you're being this defensive and trying to discredit every negative review says a lot about your company's attitude. * If you had actually read my review properly, you would have understood that the front seats were given to Stephan's American friends, despite none of them are with a health condition and special needs. * We arrived at 5:30 because we were travelling from far away and wanted to be there before departure time. I'm not sure why that seems to bother you so much. Seating is first come first served based, do I need to teach you your own company policy? * If the tour is intended to be political commentary, then that should be clearly stated in the description instead of advertising heritage sites, castle visits, and historical attractions without explaining what the guide will actually spend most of the tour discussing. * If "political facts" are based on Stephan's grandfather's personal memories and anecdotes, then there isn't much more to say on that point. My review reflects my genuine experience of the tour. I'll leave it to future customers to read both our comments and make up their own minds ;)

Stephen O’Malley enlightened us with his vast knowledge of Ireland. He was well versed in the areas that we visited today. The information that he shared concerning Ireland and its civil war was both interesting and heart wrenching. Paolo’s driving skills are second to none. His handling of the bus was careful and professional. Both men were respectful and considerate concerning the needs of the passengers.

We did the tour to Belfast/Dunluce/Giants Causeway. Thanks to our greate Guide Stephen O and the best driver Paolo. It was a long Trip but time went by quick with all the detailled informations (and the singing) and the sights were highlights on our time in Ireland.

Everyone that wants to know more about Ireland history and have a very nice day around Ireland (ROI and NI) should do this tour. And the main reason for that, it’s because of Stephen O’Malley and Paolo Veronese. Stephen “The Professor” is genuinely a gem of tour guide and even he said that only has one year of experience it’s one the best tour guide in my all trips across the world (and I visited more than 30 countries). He explained with a lot of detail, humour and also a lot of songs 😁 and it was really a pleasure to know the story of Stephen’s grand grandfather (Kevin O’Higgins). About the places, the time to visit were well planned and the they were very beautiful, so I recommend to make this tour . And please ask to have Stephen and Paolo as your staff for the visit!!

Es war wirklich sehr schön, obwohl die fahrten natürlich lang waren, hat unser Guide (Stephen O.) alles dafür getan, dass uns nicht langweilig war und viele interessante Informationen gegeben. Die Touren an sich waren zwar nicht lange, aber haben soweit gut gepasst.
