A hoot and a half!

Northern Ireland day trip

Mourice and Darren were wonderful guides. Making sure to tell us all a bit about how Ireland connects to each of the places we come from. Very interesting and very knowledgeable! We had just enough time in each place. Highly recommend!

Maurice (leader) and Darren (driver) were fantastic! The tour guide in Belfast (John, I think) was very kind and knowledgeable but the walking tour gets 1/5 stars. There were 28 of us in his group and I could not hear. It was supposed to last 40 minutes but lasted the entirety of our time in Belfast. My advice is to skip the walking tour and go see Belfast on your own! I’m a little salty about that and that is why I gave 4/5 stars for the tour. Dunluce Castle was cool. Love that we saw House Greyjoy from GoT. 30 minutes is ample time to see what to you need. Giant’s Causeway was spectacular! The views were incredible. Irish weather gave us gloomy pics on the way down to the stones and sunny, blue skies on the way back up! It’s an easy walk but if you want, you can take a tram. We ate at The Nook. Overpriced but they can be bc if you want food, that’s where you go. Had my first Irish coffee there. Glad to have experienced it but I’ll stick to beer from here on out. Next was Belfast. Again, here’s my disappointment…I spent all of my time in a walking tour that I couldn’t hear. The leader was so nice and I can tell that he knows his stuff but the group was far too large and he was so soft spoken that it was a waste of our limited time in Belfast. He had a speaker but I’m not convinced that it was working. I feel like groups of less than 10 would be more fitting. Bus was clean and easy to find. Driver was safe and has the best personality ever! Leader was knowledgeable beyond compare. He knows so much and is great about sharing information. I learned much from him. I would recommend this excursion but would not recommend the walking tour if the group is more than 8-10. About me: American, English speaking. With my husband.

Cliffs of Moher

A very beautiful trip to the cliffs. The Galway stop was ok. It made for a very long day

Great tour of Northern Ireland!

Maurice and Darren did a wonderful job guiding the tour. Both of them looked after all the guests and paid everyone equal amounts of attention. I felt very welcome. Personally I am very interested in the history lessons and Darren was able to do so with insightfulness and with humour to keep you listening. The only thing I could pick at, which doesn't particularly concern the guides is the amount of times or chances we get for refurbishment. In Belfast you have to choose between the guided tour done with separate guides or to get something to eat and/or explore. So I'd ask for a little more time in Belfast, but that is all. Thank you very much, Maurice and Darren!! :)

Julia is an excellent guide. She is super knowledgable and gives great pointers for each destination. The cliffs of Moher are a must if you’re visiting Ireland.

We had a wonderful time. Maurice was a really kind guide who shared interesting facts along the way. Darren was a fantastic driver and very friendly as well. We also loved the music on the bus :) Giant's Causeway was our highlight, it's absolutely stunning. We definitely recommend this tour.

This was an incredible tour to go on! The Cliffs of Moher are a must if you visit Ireland! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and had lots of history to share on the bus ride there. Would do again!

Well organized and good places to see.

It was great one day trip by Wild Rover Tour company. It was a large coach bus with capacity of 55 passengers. So we had Maurice for tour guide and Darren for driver. Both were friendly and professional. The sights we visited were interesting. The tour included a separate one hour tour of Belfest with a local guide which was very good. The tour covered a lot of territories away from Dublin. Unfortunately, there weren't enough time to explore and enjoy the Giants Causeway and Belfest. But I was glad to be able to see these place in such a limited time. Maurice was great with explaining all the places we passed by and stopped. Darren was very inviting as we board and getting off the bus. Maurice played the regional songs as well as well known songs from the countries each passengers came from. I am staying in Dublin for 4 nights on this trip. It was totally worth taking these full day tours 3 days. I passed up tours that started before 7 am sine the hotels serve breakfast from 6:30 am. I chose a hotel within 5 to 15 minutes of the tour start locations. This tour started at 7:15. This is the earliest one of the three tours. It would have been better for me if it started after 7:30 am. The tour brings us back to Dublin early enough to have a nice meal before going to bed for a good rest.

Breathtaking country side. History of each location was clearly explained by Paul.

Great great value for cost. A full day of activities with Paul, our tour guide and a very skilled driver, Christian. Views were breathtaking.

La verdad es que esta muy completa la experiencia, el guia es muy amable, la chofer manejaba muy bien, los lugares que recorres están preciosos, me hubiera encantado pasar un poco más de tiempo en el castillo pero en general excelente.
