We recently took a group trip from Dublin to Belfast and the Giant’s Causeway, and it was hands-down the best experience we’ve had in Ireland. Our main guide Kevin was absolute perfection—he took incredible care of the entire group, ensuring everyone was safe and comfortable while keeping us entertained with his great sense of humor. The Irish music playing on the bus really set the mood for the stunning coastal scenery! A special shout-out to Brian E., our guide in Belfast. He is a local legend! His depth of knowledge about the city’s history was impressive, but it was his jokes and storytelling that truly brought the experience to life. He made even the complex history of Belfast easy to understand and engaging for everyone. If you’re looking for a tour that balances safety, knowledge, and pure fun, look no further. Highly recommend!

Dave was the guide. He was amazing. He was funny, very knowledgeable and gave us directions to every location and back to the bus. Titanic was unbelievably good. His driver was very good. He was kind, funny and very good. Enjoyed it thoroughly..

Great day trip! Would book wildrover again

Great trip with our guide, John, and driver, Krishna! John is extremely knowledgeable about Irish history and was able to answer many questions. The sheep farm was a highlight. Wish we had a little bit more time to explore Killkenny on top of the walking tour

Misty mountains and a working farm

The weather was nasty but we still had a great experience with Wild Rover Tours. Our tour guide made an effort to chat with everyone and kept the commentary light but entertaining. We quite enjoyed the town of Kilkenny and we would definitely go back. During the sheep and dog demonstration we saw a working dog in action. Sheep were herded using whistle and verbal commands. Holding the lambs was a highlight. So cute.

It’s a lot of time on the...

It’s a lot of time on the bus. Be prepared with snacks and water. There’s stops along the way for coffee and sandwiches but limited choices. Be aware. We chose the taxi tour over Titanic museum and got squished into a taxi with 6 people. It was not real comfortable. Then when the driver wanted to explain the troubles in Belfast, we stood out in the rain and could barely understand him not only the accent but the noise of the passing cars. We would’ve been better off inside somewhere talking.

Driver was pleasant, on time, personable and knowledgeable. This is a WONDERFUL tour for anyone looking to see the Cliffs of Moher AND King John’s Castle. Great time spent, and a wonderful lunch recommendation. Fantastic scenery, and the driver is courteous with stops for breaks. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

First Solo trip.

Nothing short of amazing. The tour guide Stephen was friendly, knowledgeable and fun. The drive, also Stephen was great, friendly, and a skillful driver in the tiny roadway. Loved this tour. I would definitely book them again. The recommended restaurant were on point.

Rory und JP haben uns...

Rory und JP haben uns einen wunderbaren Tag beschert! Auch wenn wir das denkbar „schlechteste“ Wetter abbekamen (starker Wind, Regen und Nebel), was aber einfach bei Irland dazu gehören kann, war es ein genialer Trip. Ob Fahrer, Guide oder Organisation - die Fahrt lohnt sich! Ihr seht so viel von Irland, erfahrt so viel über Land und Leute! Rory hat den besonderen Einblick in die irische Geschichte und Seele gegeben, wodurch mir das Land noch mehr ans Herz gewachsen ist. Nach Moher ging es nördlich nach Galway, wodurch die Mitreisenden auf der linken Busseite den allerbesten Blick auf Felsen, Klippen und das Meer hatten. Traumhaft! Do it!

Amazing John and Krishna

John was an extraordinary guide. He was very knowledgeable and was very funny too. Learnt a lot about Irish History. Krishna was an excellent driver and was also funny. Thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Tour was great and was made extraordinary because of John and Krishna.

Amazing tour!!

This trip was amazing! Our driver, Joe and our guide, Kevin were absolutely incredible. We learned so much about beautiful Ireland while being completely entertained. The Cliffs of Moher was a trip of a lifetime and exceeded our expectations. Driving along her wild Atlantic way had so many great sights, and the perfect ending was the quaint town of Galaway. The bus was brand new and was very comfortable. I highly recommend this trip.

Sean & Sarah were the absolute best. Such a fun tour full of insightful information with sufficient time to explore on our own. I felt the duration of the tour was perfect and enjoyable. Highly recomend!

Unhappy Tour

Liam was my tour guide, our seats got taken after visiting Kilkenny, the tour guide did nothing about it! He storied too much about his family rather than the history of the place. Left us alone at the lake and did not bother to ensure everyone had arrived. The bus driver (whose name I’ve forgot) was so rude! Just because I was only 5 minutes late and he already blamed me by saying “I will not be able to get my driving license because of you.” It’s just 5 minutes, there’s no need to say such thing when I’ve even apologised. Overall, if you get this tour guide and driver, please be aware.
