We weren't in Jefferson on a day that the Ghost Tours were taking place so we tried this recorded walking tour. It turned out to be great. We could walk at our own pace, start the tour when we wanted, pause when we wanted to, and rewind if we missed something interesting. I would try it in any other city it's available.

Very interesting stories about the haunted history of Key West. Towards the end of the tour, my wife's EMF detector was active. Later that night one of the lights in our room turned on. We blamed in on the ghost

We did Milwaukee and it was fantastic! Had trouble connecting, user error, and they answered my call and the gal was so very nice! Definitely a plus plus🥰

The Classic Boston Freedom Trail tour was a lot of fun. I would highly recommend it. Plan at least 4 hours if you do any gawking. We had just one issue with the app but shutting it down and restarting solved all issues

This was a great experience! I love that it was self-paced, we could pause and rest whenever, and with the EMF reader readily available inside the app, the experience felt interactive in a totally different way than traditional trolley tours.

Very worthwhile self guided walking tour. My husband and I did this together. The pros are: 1. Very inexpensive: $7.95 for our Portland History Tour vs $50-60 for a guided group walking tour. 2. You can do this tour on your own time, and you control what, if any, breaks, stops, food, etc that you include- just pause/restart tour at your discretion. 3. If you have questions/problems downloading, or any other concern, you are provided with a number to call (with a real person on the end) to get you going again. 4. We both found the tour very easy to follow and navigate. Sites/stops were well chosen and the narrative was both informative and interesting. I’m glad that I have the tour app on my phone now, and will make a point to use it in the future at other locations. V. Atchley

We downloaded the website but did not sign in to download the tour prior to leaving the cruise ship in Nuuk so when we did we had to find internet. During the tour , I pause it once and it suggested that if I exit I could get the tour back. That did not work if you did not have internet. My wife's subscription she could not get back at all. After finding internet we were both able to listen to my subscription. From that point forward, we were happy with the tour. Our first time using walkabout. The voice was clear and very understandable. Would use it again.

Me and my husband did this tour at 11pm & we’re truly TERRIFIED. It was so eerily silent in the streets which definitely added to the vibe!! The stories were so interesting. I think it would have been really cool to do this during the day too because then we could have actually gone into some of the buildings discussed. Still so worth it though, book it!
