Waste of time
Zero visibility during visit! Needless to say this was not a good experience at all! Don’t know why it was even open under the circumstances

I went to View Boston Wednesday night, I have to admit I had an incredible experience and I want to take this time to thank you this handsome guy, I believe he is one of the head of security his name is Teixera. He was super nice, helpful and very polite. Thank you so much for all that you did and I am looking forward to visiting again with my family.

Had a great view of Boston. It was on 52nd floor and the view was phenomenal, staff was great and everything was clean.

Best Views of the City of Boston
In the middle of the Back Bay is the second tallest building in the city at 749 feet and 52 floors that offers amazing views of the city and its surrounding. You can see downtown, Charleston, Cambridge and Harvard, the bay and its islands, Fenway Park, the Charles River and the Boston Common and Public Garden. The building offers views from inside as well outside on a balcony that goes around the building. Unfortunately, the day of our visit was cloudy; however, the views were still great seeing so many places in the city we had visited. Finally, as you leave there is a diorama of the city with all its buildings. with each tower to scale. Then each building is 3-D displayed so that it looks like a miniature city that changes from day to night. While the actual views are what you come to see, don't miss this truly amazing display as you leave.

Would recommend
Doesn’t compare to the observation decks of, say, New York City, but I didn’t expect it to. The experience was run smoothly and everything was clearly signposted. The views were awesome, especially of Back Bay and Downtown

Could be Much Better
We did this activity in January so there were no crowds to deal with, which was nice. The staff were very nice and helpful. The views were great however there was no signage explaining which parts of Boston could be seen. There were also no markers for any Boston landmarks. The model inside with the fancy lights was pretty, but again no information was provided about the city and its various areas. A narration, or interactive identification would have been much better. I was expecting a more sophisticated experience, especially for the price. I thought a $4 service fee on top of the price of admission was also unnecessary.

Tourist in our own city!
Loved it! So much better than I expected. The actual views were amazing on this clear blue sky day, but the immersive videos showing off all aspects of the city and surrounding area were extra special. Made me proud to be a Bostonian!

A Must-Do!
A beautiful view of the Boston cityscape that is easily accessible through the mall under the Prudential center. It was a professional experience with a very fun little museum at the end, and overall a wonderful must-do for a trip to Boston!

Boston rules!
Nice views! We got to see Boston and got ideas for where we want to go on our next trip. There was so many holidays lights and aesthetics. It started snowing while we were there and there was zero visibility. There was so much to do there besides observing Boston.

Girls getaway
What a great spot! BFF and i had a drink and saw amazing sunset! Service was excellent! Fancy cocktails too! In summer must be beautiful outside on observation deck!

This was the first time here and we had a great time. This is the first time ever he has traveled out of puerto rico so I thought lets see boston in a different way. It was fun definitely a good spot to go to for travelers to experience.

Bit boring

Great view of the city. Check it off my bucket list. We were lucky to go on a clear day. Extremely cold and windy January day but the indoor observation area was warm and sunny, not crowded at the time we went so we could take our time to soak in the sunshine and views. The outdoor observation deck was open to the Hardy. Note to management: one negative was they added a fee to the price which was annoying and put a bitter taste in your mouth before you hopped on the elevator; that’s all our party could think/talk….about not necessary; keep it simple.

Quick stop in
Super cool area. Found parking closeby. Downstairs was busy but not a ton of people on top. We came on a Sunday after Blue Man Group with our 2 girls (4&7). A lot of room to wander around, great views at night and had a good time.

Beautiful and Breathtaking view of the city of Boston....absolutely loved it!!! I would highly recommend to anyone to come and visit this experience when visiting Boston....you won't regret it!!!
