They are not first class and completely not ready

The alarm went off 10 minutes n into the visit the instructions are not clear at all the exit signs say staff only no clear instruction some one say stay some one say use emergency exit , emergency exit is locked and they say leave on the elevators And over all impresión is zero preparation for any emergency

This was definitely worth it! The view was great and multiple floors to explore. My kids loved the model of Boston that lit up.

Prudential Tower Tour

Very cool to be on the top of the Prudential tower! Amazing views! I spent 2 hours raking it all on!

Wow....just WOW!

This was totally worth it. From the moment the elevators opened to the view was absolutely breathtaking. We throughly enjoyed our time here. In addition to the top floor, there are 2 additional floors below to enjoy. One, you can go outside on and the other has interactive things to do. So gld we did this and highly recommend!

A must do while in Boston! It shows the city and all the great points of interest. Even on a cloudy day, it is still amazing!

An expensive disappointment

While the views definitely are great, our experience wasn't. The building, the deck, and the views deserve 4 stars. I guess there were 2 different kinds of tickets to purchase because I read (after returning home) that some people had tour guides. ?? We had one person tell us where to take the elevator and that was it. No one explained to us about the "immersive exhibits" or how to be sure to obtain our digital picture. Because of the views and unique experience, I would still recommend this; just make sure you prepare yourself how to best enjoy it.
