Não vale a pena. Na verdade a gôndola faz uma pequena volta e o passeio acaba. Muito fraco. Tente ver uma gôndola que passe pela ponte RIALTO.

Pas de balade en gondole sur le grand canal. Uniquement un tour de 10 minutes , nous sommes partis par une ruelle avec retour au point de départ par la ruelle parallèle et un bouchon de gondoles pendant 5 minutes (livraison pour un restaurant par bâteau). Une belle arnaque.

Segundo o anúncio, o passeio duraria 45 minutos e passaria pela ponte dos suspiros. Durou apenas 25 minutos e não passou nem perto da ponte. É um passeio que não vale a pena.

If I could give zero stars I would! Tour was not as described! Paid for skip the line basilica, and bell tower. Ticket only included basilica. Guide did not speak clearly, I could not tell you anything she said within the tour. When I asked the guide about the ticket she answered in Italian when I explained I don’t speak Italian she said I’d have to ask the guard all tickets are different and took off. There was nobody to speak to about the ticket so I could not address the issue with anyone. Would not recommend!

C’est dommage qu’il pleuvait et faisait froid surtout sur le bateau mais aussi sur les îles. On a quand même apprécié la beauté de Burano et le biscuit à déguster à l’entrée d’un magasin. On a acheté un sac de ces biscuits comme souvenir.

Pas de conformité avec le descriptif : nous avions pris une excursion prévoyant Murano avec visite 1h et Burano 2h, pour une durée totale de 5h à 5h30. Démarrée avec 30 minutes de retard (au final cela aura duré 4h30) nous sommes arrivés à Murano où un monsieur nous emmène dans une boutique en nous expliquant que la démonstration de fabrication du verre ne sera pas possible. Devant les gens mécontents, on nous a calés en cours de route dans un groupe. Nous sommes restés voir la démonstration puis sommes remontés en bateau sans nous balader à Murano. Puis alors que ce n’était pas au programme nous sommes allés à Torcello. Et nous ne sommes restés qu’une heure à Burano au lieu de 2. Où nous n’avons jamais vu la fabrique de dentelle contrairement au programme annoncé. Résultat nous n’avons pas eu ce pour quoi nous avions payé. Le guide était très gentil mais cela ne change pas le problème…soyez vigilants avant d’acheter !

A really great workshop for both adults and children. My 11-year-old daughter loved it. Mr Giorgio was very friendly and kicked off the workshop brilliantly with a story about the Venice Carnival. We’ve got a lovely souvenir from our trip to Venice and had a wonderful mother-daughter moment.
