Leider waren die Tour und der Guide eine ziemliche Enttäuschung - schlechte Headsetausstattung, Guide hat deutlich zu viele nebensächliche Kommentare abgegeben, Inhalte waren nicht sehr fundiert und teilweise durcheinander (der rote Faden hat gefehlt) Würde ich keinesfalls mehr buchen…

the 15min commentary was not clear and uninformative. The overall price is higher for a gondola ride; i could have done better with a private ride on my own

We could not hear our guide because of the boat and the other guides also translating in other languages even with the radios. The glass making demonstration was interesting but that was the best part of the trip. The lace making demonstration was less than 3 minutes and everyone had to crowd around the one lady who was doing the work. If you were in the back, you didn’t see anything. There were no guided tours of any town, once the demonstrations were complete you were set free to look around the towns on your own. We purchased the wine and Venetian specialities add on and had to ask about it as our guide did not let us know when it would happen. If you don’t like fish, don’t buy this add on. All in all, I think you could do all of this on your own by using the water taxis and have more time and a lot less people to deal with.

This was our favorite experience in visiting Venice, Florence and Rome. The activity is easy to find in Venice, it’s a relaxing environment, the instructor is clear, calm and helpful. Being an intimate group of only two participants makes it personalized. He starts off with demonstration of the process then each person gets a chance to make a pendant in the color of their choice. He jumps in only to guide when/where necessary. It was a great experience

A ÉVITER !!! Grosse arnaque Le seul point positif était que même si nous avions du retard les personnes dans l’agence étaient compréhensifs et nous ont quand même permis de faire le tour. Autrement : grosse arnaque! En effet on paie moins que ce que les gondoleros au bord de l’eau proposent MAIS cela ne vaut pas du tout la peine! Vous obtenez des numéros comme des bêtes pour être classés à 5 dans une gondole qui suit 3 autres gondoles et le tour c’est une grosse blague - vous sortez d’un petit canal pour aller dans le grand et retournez directement … on ne voit rien et les gondoliers se gueulent entre eux donc pas de visite tranquille dans les canaux ( d’ailleurs évitez de venir quand il fait très chaud car par dessus canaux va puer les égouts…) Vous voulez des jolies photos insta? (pas mon cas mais y en avait beaucoup qui faisaient ça) bah prévoyez de bien analyser les angles car ce sera plein de monde/touristes… Le guide? 10’ de blabla jusqu’à la gondola + d’attente que de tour

Excelente actividad conoces Murano y Burano hace falta más tiempo en las islas no te quieres ir pero recomendado, la guía Sirya excelente muy atenta y dando muchas explicaciones durante todo el recorrido.
