Muy buen tour
Un muy buen tour, es corto pero creo que vale la pena vivir la experiencia de pasear en góndola, te comparten algunos datos antes de iniciar y al final te ofrecen una experiencia de realidad virtual que es interesante

Que el tour de góndola no sea en español y que no haya nadie explicando nada. Tienes que descargar una aplicación.
El recorrido en pie bien, pero el tour en góndola mal. Comprado el tour en español y al llegar al sitio te Dan la sorpresa de que es en inglés y tienes que bajarte la aplicación que no es fácil de entender para poder entender en español el recorrido en góndola.

Great value for money trip with gondola ride
Amazing value for money, a brief description prior to boarding the gondola and a 30 minute gondola ride for £27.50p.p. Rather than the €80-100 for just a gondola ride Enjoyable 1 hr tour

Boring
There is nothing on these islands, glass blowing demo in Murano for 10 mins, then they are desperate fir you to buy something in the shop. Burano is picturesque but boring. The boat also left without my daughter and I, and we were stranded. Luckily there was a ferry back yo St Marks, and had to pay extra, I think this is a disgrace, and we weren't late, if we were it would have been 5 mins tops.

Excellent tour and our tour guide Gaia was wonderful! I really enjoyed it and I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Interesting but better to start with a more general tour first
The guide was knowledgeable but came off as a little bored. At the end there was a free VR experience for a few minutes in a bookshop, which was unexpected and really great.

2 ore molto piacevoli
Non è il solito tour immerso nella folla dei turisti per questo l'ho apprezzato tantissimo, una passeggiata leggera di 2 ore. Valentina ha condotto la visita in 2 lingue (italiano e inglese) ed è stata capace di mantenere comunque un buon ritorno. Con lei abbiamo visto angoli e zone che altrimenti con avremmo mai visitato è stata un ottima scelta!! L'unica pecca è che nel periodo in cui siamo stati noi erano previste pochi tour in lingua italiana. Per il resto lo consiglio

Not worth it
It should not be labeled "grand canal tour" with barely any time in the grand canal. most of the ride was through the side canals and our boat guide was on the phone the whole trip. the initial walk to the gondala was okay, but not worth the money at all. safe your money and find a gondala ride on the street, the vendors seemed more excited to show you around

La visita fue muy bonita y la guía estupenda aunque debería tener la visita guiada en castellano ya que la visita solo era en inglés ella nos la hizo en castellano.gracias

Mancanza di chiarezza e informazioni insufficienti
La mia esperienza NON è stata soddisfacente a causa della mancanza di informazioni adeguate e della scarsa chiarezza dei cartelli e punti riferimento. Ritengo piuttosto difficile per me che sono italiano, immagino per un turista!!! Purtroppo, questo ha reso difficile orientarsi o comprendere ciò che era necessario. Un miglioramento in questo senso sarebbe sicuramente apprezzato, magari con cartelli più precisi e dettagliati o con personale disponibile a fornire indicazioni. È un peccato, perché il contesto avrebbe del potenziale, ma questi aspetti organizzativi compromettono l’esperienza complessiva. Mentre le guide sono professionali e spiegano il luogo in più lingue.

Good deal; nice self guided tour
Good deal for the two tickets, worth it. Only annoyance was you have to go to a separate location to pick up the virtual tickets an hour prior to entry- so when you get to this location they give you a code which you download audio (if included it upon booking) and then need to self navigate it upon arrival to the palace or the basilica. Overall saves some money for sure and overall good deal we enjoyed the self guidedness of the tour at your own pace.

Claudia was excellent, knowledgeable and an enthusiastic guide! Being that she is a local, her wisdom was unmatched! The islands themselves were beautiful, especially Burano!

Would recommend
The tour was great! We booked an English only tour but most of the people in our group was only Spanish speaking. She did a great job at accommodating and answering questions for both English and Spanish speakers. She was very knowledgeable and highlighted fascinating facts about Venice. Would recommend this tour for others interested in going to the different islands.

Lack of clarity and insufficient information
My experience was not satisfactory due to the lack of adequate information and the poor clarity of the signs. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to orient oneself or understand what was needed. An improvement in this sense would certainly be appreciated, perhaps with more precise and detailed signs or with staff available to provide directions. It is a shame, because the context would have potential, but these organizational aspects compromise the overall experience.

Its great and fun to do the teacher is amazing I will recommended its a small class you learn a lot and after class there is a nice restaurant outside where you can have some drinks
