The Venetian mask-making...
The Venetian mask-making class was an absolute highlight of our trip to Venice! It was so much fun and truly an unforgettable experience. Learning about the rich history of Venetian masks, seeing the incredible designs, and then creating our own was both fascinating and rewarding. The hands-on process made us appreciate the craftsmanship even more. This was a unique and special part of our visit, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an immersive and creative experience in Venice!

Not very unusual tour
It was very disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend this tour. It promised “unusual “ but didn’t deliver. The tour guide is a local & it would have been fantastic to hear some myths & fokelore about Venice. She showed us a few things & that was that. She was lovely but not very engaging. We could have walked around ourselves without having paid for this.

A great trip! You even get a little walking tour at the beginning as you walk to the gondola. Beatrice was lovely and very helpful!

Was a wonderful experience. Very relaxing, We loved every moment. The gondolier was a pro and gave us a very smooth ride.

Esperienza da fare a Venezia!
Super consigliatissima!! Emma de Carlo e una guida fantastica..ha condiviso la storia di venezia nel miglior possibile considerando il tempo a disposizione. Siamo stati anche molto fortunati di aver avuto il gondoliere super simpatico e ci ha anche raccontato molte storie riguardo le gondole e venezia. Consiglio inoltre di fare il VR che spiega come e nato venezia.

Notre guide Béatrice était très bien, souriante et aimable. De riche explications lors de la balade à pied. La balade en gondole était un peu courte.

Belle aventure complète à vivre !
Carlotta, notre guide, nous a magnifiquement présenté Venise. Nous avons passé un agréable moment en sa compagnie! Le tour en gondole est légèrement court mais suffit amplement pour prendre une claque et vivre une expérience incroyable ! L’immersion 3D vaut le détour. Ce voyage à Venise à travers les époques est impressionnant ! Nous recommandons vivement!

Unprofessional and not as advertised
The tour was supposed to start at 10:15 am, but we got an email 30 MINUTES PRIOR that the start time had been moved to 11. By that time, we had already commuted to the meeting location and it was too late to try and plan anything, so we were forced to wander around waiting for the tour to start. Once we checked with the front office, we were told that the Doge Palace portion of our tour was canceled, and that we would receive a partial refund. We never received that refund, and I was ghosted when I tried to follow up via email. After our hour long tour (which was supposed to be 2-3), our tour guide left for another tour with the same company. We were given a voucher for our tickets to the Doge Palace, which we had to wait in line to exchange even though the tour promised skip the line tickets. The question remains, if the tour guide was still on the clock, and there was no issue getting us tickets, why was our Doge Palace tour canceled? All I know is, I'll never book a tour with this company again, and I advise everyone to stay far away.
