Highly recommend!!
Amazing tour, and great value, with a super nice guide (Bea) and a brilliant gondoliere (Colli family). The tour starts with a short walk around Grand Canal, continues with a gondola ride and ends with an unexpected VR experience of old Venice. Superb!!

Belle surprise
Belle surprise : je trouvais le prix un peu élevé, finalement nous avons eu une visite guidée (en français) d'environ 20 min au départ puis la balade en gondole de 30 min et pour finir un visite gratuite dans une librairie qui proposait des casques de réalité virtuelle pour découvrir Venise à l'époque. Un chouette expérience que je ne regrette vraiment pas d'avoir fait. Le prix est donc raisonnable.

Buyer beware (read the fine print)
Buyer beware! The description suggests the "tour" will be 45mins, however the gondola ride was under 30mins, including time getting on and off. The rest of the time is spent with a somewhat silly VR experience, and then the walk to the gondola site. There was NO commentary while we were in the gondola. I would suggest you are better off just paying one of the many gondola pilots that you walk past on the streets...

Småbarn
Fin tur, men savnet live guide på selve turen. Burde vært gitt beskjed om å ha med ørepropper for å følge guiden dems på mobilen. Var tilrettelagt for små barn, så veldig bra!

Great hour spent
Could of maybe had commentary on the gondola but very informative on the walk to the gondola the gondola guy was great , and the VR experience at the end was good 😊

Such an amazing experience! We took a short walk from the meeting point to the gondolas and the whole way through our guide gave us such great history! Highly recommend

Great gondola experience
We had an amazing experience. The gondola was very clean and the scenery was beautiful. We would recommend for people who look for a gondola experience.

Expensive and Disappointing
We booked in advance and paid extra for tickets to be seated in the same gondola. That seemed like an unnecessary charge, but as I am hearing impaired felt it would be helpful . On arrival at the meeting point we were told the tour to the gondolier was narrated by an electronic device but there was no way of connecting the device to my hearing aid and no adjustments could be made. The tour guide looked bemused when I asked about access and she said I just had to listen harder. We were also sold the tickets for the ride as having an app commentary. So when we boarded the boat we asked how we accessed the app commentary, but were then told that there was no app commentary but there would be a short commentary in the device at k d of the stops. Obviously I couldn’t access this but the other person i was with couldn’t either as the audio kept breaking up and was indecipherable. After the ride we went for the virtual reality experience and once again there was no attempt to accomodate my hearing impairment as the VR headset was not able to be connected to my hearing aid and there were no subtitles. The headset also stopped working after 3 or 4 minutes so I had no visuals either . The organisers were not able to refund me part of my ticket price to make up for this. All in all it was an expensive and disappointing experience and I would not recommend it.

Esperienza unica, prima di salire in gondola abbiamo effettuato un piccolo tour dove la nostra guida ha spiegato, con tanta passione, come venivano costruite le gondole e a quale scopo. Poter navigare su una gondola tra i canali di Venezia è un’esperienza magnifica.

Very knowledge tour guide...
Very knowledge tour guide Gloria - went at a good pace and very fun storytelling. It was a bit crowded due to carnival but we navigated thru the crowds easily
