The gondola ride offered...
The gondola ride offered a classic Venice experience, but the advertised commentary was underwhelming. Aside from a quick guide provided before boarding, there wasn’t much information or insight during the ride itself. It felt more like a tourist novelty than an informative experience. That said, considering the cost compared to other gondola rides, it wasn’t too bad. Just don’t go in expecting detailed commentary or a deeper understanding of Venice’s history. It’s more about soaking in the atmosphere than learning about the city.

Good option for this tour
Tour was really good and the guide was friendly and informative . Really is a must see to visit the islands and see the glass blowing . Unfortunately, it was raining and during the boat ride we really couldn’t see anything but that is Mother Nature to blame . I would recommend this tour .

Murano at a slow pace
Our guide adapted our tour to our needs and was kind and helpful. We took a beautiful private boat taxi to Murano, watched a glass-blowing demonstration by a master and walked around the island of Murano. Lovely day.

The guide Francisco was amazing and highly knowledgeable. Excellent disposition and kind young man. Good clear voice and provided explanations of the various sights. Unfortunately, the weather was not great (raining)and viewing the sights from the boat was not clear.

Good Deal Trip
It was a fascinating trip for a good value. The route was well thought through so we had enough time to walk around Burano and grab some food. Thanks to the guide, I found a nice place to eat and immerse myself into the local atmosphere even more.

Tour was well organized. Guide was informative and friendly. Gondola ride lasts for around 25mins - very peaceful and relaxing.

Balade en gondole sur le grand canal
La guide est très sympathique et avenante. La sortie en gondole était très bien, un peu court mais super. Et l'expérience avec le casque virtuel à la fin était vraiment sympathique.

Génial , nous avons aimé . Hâte de revenir une prochaine fois . La guide était très explicite et professionnelle. On s’entendait juste à une balade en gondole mais nous avons eu en supplément une balade guidée magnifique

Great experience when in Venice. As you’re walking to gondola they give you a small overview of the city and the sites that you pass. Once on gondola there is some pointing out of things in the canals. It was fun!

Uno splendore
Prenotazione , ticket, guida e : vedi una pala d'altare in stile bizantino decorata da 1300 perle,300 smeraldi ec etc (non oso immaginare il valore economico di tanto tesoro !!) senti la sua storia ,il Cristo ,la Vergine e rimani incantato .....come turista . Poi esci e pensi ma perché la Chiesa non sostituisce con dei falsi un po' delle 1900 gemme ..la bellezza rimarrebbe ma tanta beneficenza utile sarebbe fatta .

Disappointing experience
This was one of the cheaper options so we figured we’d take a chance but were overall disappointed. Our gondolier didn’t sing, didn’t dress the part, and didn’t speak a word of English. We had expected a bit more entertainment for the experience. Also the tour said the ride would be 30 min and it was 20 min at most and not very scenic. Overall quite a bummer and felt like a waste of time.

Aprovecharse del turista a la larga es malo
La.gondola 353 le hace un flaco favor al turismo y al bien hacer de los venecianos ... nos ha pedido 100 euros si queríamos salir del gran canal ( en vez de los 90 marcados) y el recorrido ha sido sólo de 20 minutos ( en ves de los 30 contratados ) al indicarle mi queja ha dicho que ha sido a causa del tráfico, eso es engañar al turista
