Would recommend
The tour was great! We booked an English only tour but most of the people in our group was only Spanish speaking. She did a great job at accommodating and answering questions for both English and Spanish speakers. She was very knowledgeable and highlighted fascinating facts about Venice. Would recommend this tour for others interested in going to the different islands.

Good deal; nice self guided tour
Good deal for the two tickets, worth it. Only annoyance was you have to go to a separate location to pick up the virtual tickets an hour prior to entry- so when you get to this location they give you a code which you download audio (if included it upon booking) and then need to self navigate it upon arrival to the palace or the basilica. Overall saves some money for sure and overall good deal we enjoyed the self guidedness of the tour at your own pace.

Lack of clarity and insufficient information
My experience was not satisfactory due to the lack of adequate information and the poor clarity of the signs. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to orient oneself or understand what was needed. An improvement in this sense would certainly be appreciated, perhaps with more precise and detailed signs or with staff available to provide directions. It is a shame, because the context would have potential, but these organizational aspects compromise the overall experience.

La visita fue muy bonita y la guía estupenda aunque debería tener la visita guiada en castellano ya que la visita solo era en inglés ella nos la hizo en castellano.gracias

Mancanza di chiarezza e informazioni insufficienti
La mia esperienza NON è stata soddisfacente a causa della mancanza di informazioni adeguate e della scarsa chiarezza dei cartelli e punti riferimento. Ritengo piuttosto difficile per me che sono italiano, immagino per un turista!!! Purtroppo, questo ha reso difficile orientarsi o comprendere ciò che era necessario. Un miglioramento in questo senso sarebbe sicuramente apprezzato, magari con cartelli più precisi e dettagliati o con personale disponibile a fornire indicazioni. È un peccato, perché il contesto avrebbe del potenziale, ma questi aspetti organizzativi compromettono l’esperienza complessiva. Mentre le guide sono professionali e spiegano il luogo in più lingue.

Claudia was excellent, knowledgeable and an enthusiastic guide! Being that she is a local, her wisdom was unmatched! The islands themselves were beautiful, especially Burano!

Best Mask class
Its great and fun to do the teacher is amazing I will recommended its a small class you learn a lot and after class there is a nice restaurant outside where you can have some drinks

Poor Experience
It was average. The gondola ride was short with no commentary while on the gondola. Did not visit key places. The walking tour was useless. VR was the best part.

Decepcionante
Contratamos guía y experiencia en español, y al llegar allí nos dicen que no saben cómo ha sido posible la contratación en español porque solo tienen italiano o inglés, enseñamos la reserva y alucinan. Lo único que nos gustó fue los pocos minutos de las gafas 3D, se contrató una experiencia de 30 minutos y el tiempo que duraba lo de las gafas no llegó ni a 10 minutos. Luego ponía que te regalaban una góndola de madera, y al pedírselo a las chicas, no sabían ni de lo que estaban hablando . Y lo del guía en español durante todo el recorrido , brilló por su ausencia, ahí nadie explicó nada. Muy decepcionada. No es lo que se compra para nada. No recomiendo .

The gondola ride offered...
The gondola ride offered a classic Venice experience, but the advertised commentary was underwhelming. Aside from a quick guide provided before boarding, there wasn’t much information or insight during the ride itself. It felt more like a tourist novelty than an informative experience. That said, considering the cost compared to other gondola rides, it wasn’t too bad. Just don’t go in expecting detailed commentary or a deeper understanding of Venice’s history. It’s more about soaking in the atmosphere than learning about the city.

Francesco’s knowledge was amazing.
To be perfectly honest I wouldn’t bother going to the Murano glass blowing experience as it only lasts about ten to fifteen minutes and then they are very keen to get you into the shop. The supposed lace making was a joke as the lady just told you in about a minute how they make it and then of course it was time to shop again. The best part of the tour was Francesco who’s knowledgeable of all the historical facts was amazing. He gave so many facts and I think it would be a good idea if he had his own tour as he was so good.
