Book direct not worth it
Chaotic and disorganized. The tour segment was nonexistent. I would suggest booking the gondola directly. We spent 30 minutes waiting for late joiners and the audio didn’t work. The tour guide walked us from the visitor station to the gondola which we could have done ourselves. The half hour gondola rate was 90 euro so any charge above this is a waste of time and money.

Our guide Rach was wonderful! So informative and friendly and professional. Her English was so good and clear to listen to. Our gondalear was skilled and funny!

A must to do in Venice

St. Mark's Basilica+Doge's Palace+ gondola ride combo
Top- quality guided tour. All tour guides were knowledgeable and professional, and also seemed like very friendly, pleasant human beings in general. I noticed that this firm was running many different tours/combos in different languages. I thought that was brilliant, and i know I am repeating myself here but,- the guides/representatives were extremely nice and professional. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. For your reference, we booked St.Mark's Basilica+Doge's Palace with gondola ride at the end. I felt that the gondola ride was long enough( just right length/duration). I wouldn't want it to be longer, I had the chance to enjoy the best views and take great photos. I also learned a lot of surprising and interesting facts from our tour guides so, overall I am very happy with the experience! Thank you!

Experiencia increible para conocer la historia de Venecia.
Ha sido una experiencia unica. La audioguia es solo andando no durante la gondola, pero el gondolero Manolo, fue un encanto y nos fue contando historias. El momento de la realidad virtual fue espectacular. Repetiria sin duda.

Excellent guide! Commentaires intéressants et intelligents sans être continus, laissant ainsi le temps de profiter de cette ville merveilleuse et de ses canaux avec le clapotis de l’eau et les échanges entre gondoliers en seuls bruits de fond !

Save your money!
Not worth it. There was a 15 minute commentary by the guide who walked us to the gondola boarding area. It was very informative and helpful. We were warned that the ride is not what you see in the movies. Which we didn’t expect anyway. However the gondoliers hardly spoke at all to the customers and the tour was the equivalent of going around the block. Very slow and the water smells horrible. Save your money.

Belle balade, un guide au top qui explique très bien Venise. C'est à faire vraiment ! Explication en français, mais vous pouvez choisir la langue en réservant. Facile à trouver, à l'heure. Balade à pied avec explications en premier puis balade en gondole. Merci Ricardo

Wundervolle Tour mit einheimischem Historiker
Ich hatte Glück: Der Guide war ein Einheimischer mit profundem Wissen und Leidenschaft für seine Stadt und die (Kunst-)Geschichte des Markusdoms. Ich habe so viele wundervolle Details gesehen und gelernt. Die Tour fand statt, obwohl ich alleine war. Tolles Erlebnis. Danke!!

Amazing experience. Beatrice helped us quite well. We went around the grand canal and the inner rues which was amazing. The gondola was beautiful and the ride was well guided.
