Tout était bien à l’exception du guide, elle ne parlait pas fort et même avec l’écouteur on n’entendait pas ce qu’elle disait . Nous avons manqué toute l’histoire qu’elle racontait sur la fabrication de la gondole parce qu’elle parlait très bas . Pour le reste le casque virtuel et le tour de gondole était parfait .

Bonne activité dans l'ensemble, démonstration de verre soufflé bien exécutée et commentée, Burano vraiment top mais 1h30 sur place est peut-etre un peu court. Déception en ce qui concerne la qualité du son diffusé dans les écouteurs fournis, cela n'a pas permis d'apprécier les informations de notre sympathique guide.

No es lo que pagamos. Cuando seleccionamos el tour, elegimos la opción en español. Sin embargo, nos pusieron junto al grupo Italiano. Por lo tanto, nuestra guía contaba cosas en español y después repetía todo en Italiano. Como tenía que contar todo en dos idiomas, empezaba a hablar de un paisaje/ monumento mucho antes de que apareciera a la vista, lo que hacía confuso entender de qué hablaba. Tambien noté que la guía en inglés, contaba más cosas al grupo inglés, que nuestra guía no explicó y eso fue claramente por una falta de tiempo. No es la culpa de la guía, ella sabía un montón pero la empresa deja que desear, no la recomiendo

Guide was late, we got poor seating on the gondola after we paid extra for seating, we barely got any “guidance” and then the guide was no where to be found at the end

Die Stadt Burano die als zweites angefahren wurde ist wimderschön, jedoch war der Aufenthalt von 1 1/2 Stunden zu kurz. Meiner Meinung nach um mehr von der Insel ui sehen ist eine Stunde mehr vom Vorteil.

Very disappointing. The seats were not particularly comfortable and there was ZERO communication from the Gondolier, beyond welcoming us on and saying goodbye. There was absolutely no commentary so we had no indication of what we could see/were going past. What made this all the more galling that we passed other boats where we could clearly see the gondoliers interacting with the passengers. In short, we booked a ride with a commentary and did not get what we paid for. This was not a cheap experience and we feel short-changed.
