Belle journée sur Murano et Burano. Visite fabrique de verre et de dentelle. Visite libre sur Murano. Présentation historique de Venise en réalité virtuelle était une belle surprise Mériterait une meilleure prise en compte du créneau repas (ex resa à l'avance pour avoir une place pour dejeuner)

Great tour and way to see famous sites in 1 day
Valentina was amazing. We’ve been to Venice but had never done a formal tour. This your of the golden Basilica and Doge's Palace was wonderful. Time flew by with Valentina. It was most enjoyable and informative. Valentina was knowledgeable, funny with telling of history and easy to engage with and approach. Plus we skipped all lines and all members enjoyed themselves (ages13-60). We were fortunate to have her as our tour guide and highly recommend this tour.

Excellent guided tour with Valentina
Valentina was an excellent guide during our visit to St. Marco Basilica and Doge's Palace. She provided an overview of Venice hiatory and explained the various eras through which the town had to survive.

Great value for the price
My husband and I had an amazing experience with Venice Tours to Murano and Burano islands. Our tour guide, Sara, was very informative and friendly. She gave us many insights into the history of Venice and the islands. She speaks English and Spanish. The glass blowing demonstration is very interesting. We loved the island of Burano, such a quaint place to walk around, have a coffee/dessert or enjoy lunch. The boat was covered, which is great especially because it was drizzling a bit. Very pleased with the tour, highly recommend it!

Excellent Venetian Experience
Our guide provided an engaging, informative tour and took great care with our large group of 22 people. The assistants at the gondola station also provided more information about the city waterways and history. Overall, it was a wonderful tour!

Terrible Experience and No Customer Service
Terrible…..the customer service/information number does not allow you to speak with a direct person. We were having trouble finding the meeting place/tour director. Your started at 2:00….we finally found Venice Tours office at 2:06. They told us our tour director left and we were out of luck. After some convincing a staff member dropped us off at the Basillica and told us to go in and try to find our group/tour director and if we could not that she should be by the bell tower at 2:50. We never found the tour director/group but ran across another couple that was in the same situation as us (traveling with my two children). We went to the bell tower at 2.45 and waited with no avail. We headed back to the Venice Tours office location with the couple we met to let them know that are situation was not corrected and still were not with our group. I spoke with Nicole and I expressed to her how no one answered the information line, as she suggested for us to do that. She said there was nothing she could do. I asked for a manager and she said there was not one available. Although she sympathized with us nothing could be done and we were out of luck. A French tour guide overheard our issue and walked us to the doge and helped us to find our your director as she knew her. We finally found her 10 mins before the conclusion of the tour. We got nothing for what we paid for. I sent an email to the information contact and still have not received a response. Terrible customer service! Feel like they just want your money.

A great trip! You even get a little walking tour at the beginning as you walk to the gondola. Beatrice was lovely and very helpful!

Not very unusual tour
It was very disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend this tour. It promised “unusual “ but didn’t deliver. The tour guide is a local & it would have been fantastic to hear some myths & fokelore about Venice. She showed us a few things & that was that. She was lovely but not very engaging. We could have walked around ourselves without having paid for this.

The Venetian mask-making...
The Venetian mask-making class was an absolute highlight of our trip to Venice! It was so much fun and truly an unforgettable experience. Learning about the rich history of Venetian masks, seeing the incredible designs, and then creating our own was both fascinating and rewarding. The hands-on process made us appreciate the craftsmanship even more. This was a unique and special part of our visit, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an immersive and creative experience in Venice!

Esperienza da fare a Venezia!
Super consigliatissima!! Emma de Carlo e una guida fantastica..ha condiviso la storia di venezia nel miglior possibile considerando il tempo a disposizione. Siamo stati anche molto fortunati di aver avuto il gondoliere super simpatico e ci ha anche raccontato molte storie riguardo le gondole e venezia. Consiglio inoltre di fare il VR che spiega come e nato venezia.
