It’s to short and the guy on the boat didn’t speak our language, the tour we did before hetting on the boat wasn’t anything special

Murano Burano tour
The tour was good. Claudia explained in detail throughout the tour. Gave us good restaurant suggestions as well. I have been to Murano and Burano before, but this time, enjoyed it better with the team.

Gondola Grande
Our tour guide was smart and fabulous. The gondola ride was peaceful and absolutely stunning. The gondola operator kept us safe and was pleasant. Tips are important after the ride.

Interesting short route
Beatrice was a great guide very enthusiastic and told us a lot of interesting stuff on this short tour. The gondola ride was also short, five of us per gondola, but still a nice route.

Lost! This company wanted me to pay again!!
I was 2 1/2 hours late because I got sick and I could not find the place when I finally got a hold of somebody on the phone because they would not pick up the phone listed on the order email but I kept on calling and finally spoke to a ladyshe told me I had time to get on the go right which was the last item on my itinerary. I did let her know that I missed the first two hours cause I was sick and I couldn’t that was lost and I couldn’t find where to go she told me after the Congo ride go to the office, which I did. I let them know the situation I was in. And if they can schedule me for the two other items on my itinerary, they check the schedule and you said no there was nothing but they said they can fit me in, but I would have to pay again and I said no I don’t think I have to pay again. I don’t understand why they just did continue the full itinerary schedule tour the next day? I did request a refund so I’m waiting on the status of it.

Great customer service and amazing experience!
We had accidentally booked the wrong day and did not realize until we got there... but they were so accommodating and adjusted things so we could still go on our tour! We had a wonderful time!

Poorly organized; very, very little English spoken by guides; it was not a 30 minute ride as advertised . TripAdvisor needs to detach from this provider ASAP,

Visite en gondole cool mais un peu expéditif …
Un peu court …. Nous aurions préféré que la visite guidée à pieds se fasse en gondole puisque c’était ce à quoi nous nous attendions . La petite surprise en 3 D de la fin était sympathique.

ガイドさんがとっても優しくて、英語は全ては理解できませんでしたが、とっても楽しく、幸せな気持ちになりました。天気も晴れていてとても綺麗な景色を見ることができました。ベネチアに行くなら絶対にゴンドラに乗るべきです。
