Gondola experience
Fantastic. Views were amazing and it was cool with all the other boats and managing around them. Thank you for having us and definitely will suggest to others

Inconsistent & Incorrect Meetup Directions
The directions to this excursion meetup is not clear and very difficult to find. For one you must take a water taxi or the water bus to get around in Italy. We did not know this until heading out for the excursion. The excursion doesn’t say this either and it doesn’t tell you the nearest bus stop to find the meeting point. I kept emailing the vendor and even called Viator to let them know of this. I also took pictures and video showing proof that the location was not next to Post Italiane and the vendor did not have a name sign of the company listed advertising Venice Tours. I had to walk and ask several people where was Fendi store and once I found it it was still difficult to locate the newsstand as there were several and they had no sign listed. We ended up being 20 mins late and unable to get a refund from the vendor and Viator also did not give a refund. Poor customer service and I will never book through Viator again.

Interesting ride
The gondola ride also includes a VR your which is very cool. The gondola ride was very pleasant and our guide Beatrice was very informative and friendly.

Great Experience!
Mask making added a relaxing, interesting and fun activity to our busy schedule. The owner gave us a detailed history of masks and what they mean to Venice while we painted, and his son skillfully turned my messy job into a beautiful mask. Will do this again if I return to Venice

Too big of a group for a tour of this kind
To many people on this tour, we had to stop several times to regroup. Also, we had to wait on long lines to get in. The guide was very knowledgeable and we totally enjoyed her.

A nice experience to do
It was interesting to have the fun facts about the city as well as the gondola. If you want nice photos, I suggest to sit in front and of the gondola if you share it with other people.

Memorable experience!
We had a very enjoyable experience on the water despite the light rain. Our guide Emma made our experience extra special with her fascinating stories about Venice and the history of the Gondolas! I would highly recommend!

Lovely gondola ride but a lot of walking + didn’t last the full 30 mins
Lovely gondola ride but didn’t expect the 15 min walk from the meeting place - also the ride was less than 30 mins. Other people on the tour couldn’t stay.

Possible scam
No one showed up for our ride. Three separate groups of two all showed up at the correct location for the ride at the correct time. We asked the shops around and they sent us to another service area to which was unsuccessful. Possible scam, just pay in Venice it’s essentially the same price

El tour es distinto a lo típico, pero nos tocó un guía compartido de inglés y de español y eso hacía que hubiera muchos tiempos muertos. Por el precio, pensamos que solo iba a ser en español. La doble traducción hace perder tiempo, y se hace algo aburrido.

A quick gondola trip
This is ok if you don't mind a quick 30 min trip on a gondola, with other people, but it's only 90 euro for a private trip when there Split into 3 parts, a walk and talk (5 mins) to gondola, 30 min gondola and 5 min VR experience (which was really good)
