although the activated was fine..wouldn't be a complete experience without going for a gondola ride in Venice.Just a pity the young gondolalier was miserable and didn't appear to be enjoying his job which would have made the ride a more of a highlight of the trip with the live commentary that was advertised as part of the activity.

our guide was perfect, everything she said was very interesting. my only problem was that we booked a tour about secrets and mysteries in the Doge Palace, but I think we were in a general tour. i can understand if there were not enough people for the secrets and mysteries tour, but nobody informed us about it. i've just only realized at the end it wasn't what we booked - until the end I've always waited for the secret stories ( maybe that time will begin this part) but it's never happened. that is why i am disappointed and a little mad.

Voyageant en solo, j'ai apprécié faire ce tour en gondole partagée pour pouvoir profiter de l'expérience à un tarif raisonnable. Les explications données par la guide avant le tour en gondole sont intéressantes. Cependant, malgré l'option "commentaire en direct", la guide ne nous a pas suivi dans les gondoles. Elle nous a fourni quelques explications à un moment précis de la promenade depuis les quais. L'experience VR est assez sympa également.

Tour Guide Wasn’t Great
Not my favorite tour. The guide kept turning away from his microphone making it difficult to hear what he was saying. His sentence construction was awkward which also made it hard to follow the narrative. I often had no idea what he was talking about. We are rarely dissatisfied with the tours we take, but this one did disappoint.

It was fantastic Francesco was fantastic and funny and informative! Highly recommend! The Gondola ride was amazing and beautiful! Looks a little sketch when you first meet them at the corner but it’s totally good and awesome!

Well-rounded, great guides
Got a walking tour on top of gondola ride through some gorgeous alleyways and then the Grand Canal, followed by a VR video experience with history of Venice. Very well rounded! Elena was a terrific guide.
