De tour hoort eigenlijk bij het bezoek aan Venetië Maar geeft wel gevoel van oplichterij De gids is vriendelijk maar vertelt niets De gondel tocht was hooguit een kwartiertje.... Dat is erg jammer en dus erg duur Wel van genoten!!

David our guide was great! He really advocated for us in several different situations, and was great with the history and entertaining as well. He also gave us some good info at the end regarding our train transfer. We would’ve enjoyed a little bit more time on each island, but otherwise was a great activity and outing.

The meeting point was occupied by people from other tours and felt not organised. The tour guide did not make sure everyone got inside the basilica and disappeared when walking through the big crowds inside the basilica. Worst guide to date from my personal experience.

Super sprawa. Fajny rejs nie po głównym kanale Wenecji, ale po tych wąskich kanalikach co daje możliwość obejrzenia miasta z tej ciekawej perspektywy. Nasz gondolier Marco - mega pozytywna postać z fajnym poczuciem humoru. Polecam.

people in the office were lovely. we were late due to the vaporetto timetable. they moved us to a later time no problem. The whole experience was brilliant and we recommend it

I would not recommend this tour /trip. My main disappointment was the poor quality of the ear piece - it made hearing the guide difficult. I had it on correctly and was even pressing it to my ear. But with the poor sound quality, busy streets and the guides strong accent it made understanding her virtually impossible. (I’ve done other tours in Rome and their ear pieces were superb - their sound quality was so good it felt like the guide was next to you. The complete opposite of this Venice tour). The description of the tour said the guide would be in a gondola continuing the tour. This was not the case. We had no commentary throughout the gondola ride and the Italian man steering the gondola spoke no English. So alas it was a 10 minute virtual cartoon about the history of gondolas and a shared gondola ride. All in all very disappointing.

De boottrip zelf was prima en de logistieke organisatie verliep goed. Het trefpunt is onvoldoende duidelijk beschreven. Het bleek een mobiele post vlak bij de terminal te zijn, waardoor het zoeken was. Bij rondvraag wist niemand wat of hoe. Dit is inderdaad het goede adres, blijf het maar proberen .. was het advies van collega gidsen…. De Engelstalige groep was erg groot (ruim 65 personen). Daardoor was de gids lastig te volgen. De meegeleverde oortjes werkten matig en veel deelnemers deden ze uiteindelijk uit omdat de geluidskwaliteit onvoldoende was. De boottocht zelf was in orde, maar door de grote groep en de slechte verstaanbaarheid van de gids viel de totale beleving tegen.

Lamentable la réservation concernait une gondole sur le grand canal, sur les 30 minutes on a fait 5 minutes sur le grand canal le reste dans des passages délabrés sont aucun intérêt ! C’est quasiment de l’escroquerie
