Mir hat die Tour durch die schmalen Gässchen abseits der großen Touri-Hotspots super gefallen. Sie hat einen ganz anderen Blick auf Venedig eröffnet, als man ihn sonst bekäme.

I really enjoyed the gondola, however I totally missed the part about a 20 minute walking tour. The guide was great but it just felt like a bit of wasting/stalling for time.

Beautiful

Beautiful church, you don’t want to miss it. I forgot to take the elevator to the outside terrace for great pictures. Remember to do that! San Marco Square was very nice although the restaurants were so so expensive!

Great local guide and an amazing augmented reality video

Unfortunately, it was not possible to travel the grand canal. It was windy and the gondola trip took place just inside the smaller canals. After the gondola trip, we were allowed to assist an amazing augmented reality video about the Venice history. Quite short (around 6 minutes) but plenty of quality and historical information. Last but not the least, we were very lucky to have Sara as a guide.

Not ideal

They lumped us with a couple who wouldn't move out of the prime spot on the gondola. They ran in front of us to occupy the spot. Wil ll not book this because it is a shared ride and ruined all the fun.

Great tour option!

Tour guide was excellent and very knowledgeable about the Basilica! The headphones to hear the guide were a bit temperamental so you had to stay very close to the guide to be able to hear when among crowds. Just something to be mindful of if you’re hard of hearing.
