Our tour was supposed to include 20 min walking intro and 30 min gondola ride. Our guide arrived 10 min late. She rushed through the introduction. It took only around 10-15 minutes. Gondola ride was just 20 minutes in total, it was also very fast. Our guide did not give any information during gondola ride. Also she was supposed to meet us at the end but she did not.

I am still fighting with the tour company for a refund I attended the meeting areas and was greeting by gondoliers that were very rude and laughed at us I walked away and then continued to chat for over an hour to the tour company for a refund and still do not have an answer they want to investigate “

The transport system in Venice is a mess. Tried to reach out to them to understand directions on how to reach, called them for hours noone picked up or even answered. They keep redirecting me to a bot, even the emails are answered by a bot. Because of this I couldn’t make it to the tour, and lost of my money. Never book with them again.

The tour and the guide were great. Due to security checks and crowds, we still had to wait in a lengthy line despite having skip the line tickets.

All of us really enjoyed this tour. It was one of the main highlights of our trip to Venice. The tour guide was knowledgeable and personable making the tour enjoyable and easy to follow. We would definitely recommend!
