Dicen que son 50 minutos pero realmente son 30 minutos porque el resto del tiempo se gasta en pasear por la calle con la guía hasta llegar a la ubicación de las góndolas mientras te cuenta alguna cosa de Venecia. En la góndola vas con otras personas que no conoces. En Venecia hay varios puntos para contratar una góndola que son más económicos y no tienes que ir con otras personas sino que la góndola es para ti y tu familia, pareja o amigos

Beautiful Venezia.
Venezia? Still beautiful - but getting busier, despite the introduction of the 'day trip tax'. Enjoy BUT Respect Venezia - it is a jewel in the world, worth visiting, respectfully. So much to see, so much to do OR just sit and watch! But be respectful of her citizens who live there with the daily throng of tourists, be respectful to try and buy locally produced goods (and not the cheap imports), be mindful of the restaurateurs who are only there to grab your money - so eat in established , local osteria's - find them here - and I hope you will enjoy your visit! And don't forget to visit the Penzo! FORZA VENEZIA!

Decent Tour.
Good tour. There is a 6 minute VR, which shows you what Venice looked like 500 years ago. It's cute and engaging. Then a 15 minute walk through the city where a guide gives you an overview of Venice and a quick history of gondolas, then a 25 minute gondola ride through the Grand Canal and one short loop through one side canal. This is a good tour. You don't need to book in advance, though. Instead, if you just walk up to the gondola pickup by St Marks square, you can just get into a gondola and get a ride through a bunch bunch bunch more canals. We did that the day before we took this tour and had a wonderful hour long gondola ride through all of Venice. It was the day before Easter and Venice was packed, but we still got on the gondola without waiting.

Guide was excellent....
Guide was excellent. Check in did not meet expectations and although we were waiting half hour before tour we were checked late because was extremely disorganized and guide had to wait for us and others to conpletecheck in

Gondola ride
We took a gondola ride and got to see the canals of Venice and finally the grand canal. Along the ride we got some fascinating information about the city and afterwards we could even do an VR-experience. Our guide Emma was very friendly and enthusiastic. We really enjoyed the whole experience!

Peu mieux faire
Comme ttes les visites guides, le guide italien a un fort accent qd il parle français et parle bcp trop vite qui plus est avec leur micro cravate et écouteurs de bas de gamme, c'est assez inaudible. Dommage. Mais ce qu'on a compris était intéressant.

Venice City Tours does it right--well organized, flexible, and insightful!
This was really the perfect way to get a guided tour to the Basilica of San Marco, Doge's Palace, and later that afternoon a Gondola ride all in one nice package--and at a reasonable price. The staff at Venice City Tours were super helpful when we had a mix-up on the meeting place and arranged for us to join a later tour group. They also helped fit us in on a later Gondola ride when we missed the meeting time. I have nothing but great things to say about this operation. We learned way more about these sites by having a tour guide, and we had a wonderful experience. Thanks for being problem solvers and really helping us out. Would definitely recommend. Venice City Tours does it right!

Terrific hands on learning for adults and children
Amazing visit, we learned so much about the history of masks in Venice. Children aged 9 and 10, as well as adults, thoroughly enjoyed the hands on art and history lesson.

Really well organised and great guide. Lots to see and the tour was very relaxing. We had 3 children with us between 7-14 and they loved it
