While we enjoyed the gondola ride, this activity is false advertising. It’s only a 15 minute loop and based on the description I expected the gondolier to provide commentary, but instead it was a tour guide (who in fairness was very nice!) who walked us the 15 minutes from where they tell you to meet to the gondolas (was confused about this - why wouldn’t you just choose a meeting spot closer?) who provided commentary on Venice as we walked. I’m not a fan of walking tours and that’s what the live commentary was. The commentary on the boat was through an app that I wasn’t even able to download as my data was spotty and the wifi that they claimed was there didn’t ever come up as an option. I was not the only person in my party who this happened to. All in all, save your money and try to book directly with the gondola people day of.

Ha sido muy completo, hemos visto muchas cosas y Valentina ha sido genial, ha explicado muy bien cada uno de los rincones que hemos visitado. También el paseo en góndola (opcional) ha estado muy bien, merece la pena. ¡Perfecto!

Estuvo increíble nuestra guía nos explicó muy detalladamente toda la historia de Venecia, era la primera vez que mi familia visitaba Venecia y les encantó todo lo que nos contaron, realmente fue increíble la experiencia. Al final nos quedamos con dos dudas y tuvo la atención de resolvernos todo.

Obviously Venice is beautiful and it was a beautiful day but the ride was not worth the money charged. We were charged double of what it was if purchased tickets on site. The guide was on phone and we were on it for less than 25 min. I expected to also see more.
