Wir haben Day Priorität Ticket extra gebucht somit wir nicht lange Anstehen müssen- das hat leider geklappt da es keinen Extra Zugang fab und die Kontrolleure nichts davon wussten. Meiner Meinung zahlt es sich nicht aus mehr Geld 💰 dafür auszugeben denn es würde ein Normales Ticket auch reichen! Ich empfinde es als Abzocke!

When I arrived to the location the men taking bookings seemed extremely confused about my pre booking. They firstly said that we were not at the correct location, that it was a different company, though we had clearly come to the right spot. They made us sit for 20 minutes while calling people about our booking. They then walked off and completely ignored us. I had to approach again to ask what was happening and they just said ok you come now then. Even though my booking was at 12 pm not 11 (we’d come by just to check that we were in the right place). We were very poorly treated, considering the price of the ride and a promised 30 minutes (we got about 15 minutes tops) it was a complete waste of money and the workers were very rude. The ride itself was lovely but I would not book through this company. Just go to someone on the day. There are many gondola companies and you’d be better off booking through them directly.

Muy buena visita
Gran tour por la ciudad de Venecia con explicaciones muy buenas por parte de Sara, que ha sido muy simpatica y agradable contandonos curiosidades de la ciudad y acompañandonos Muy atenta incluso cuando parte de nuestro grupo no pudo subir en góndola y ofreciendonos hacerlo más tarde. Muy recomendable.

Really enjoyable trip, very knowledgeable and interesting guide, David - made the boat journeys really fun and we learned so much about the city of Venice. Burano was highlight for us . Would def recommend this to anyone

Vacance à Venise
4/5 : peut être un peu plus de temps à Burano mais toutes les explications étaient claires et pertinentes ! Dans le cas où nous reviendrons et c’est une certitude, nous choisirons de nouveau de passer par VENICE Tour.

Kurzweiliger Ausflug
Wirklich sehr nett und kurzweilig. Zu empfehlen. Sara erklärt kurz den Ablauf der Gondeln. Im Anschluss gibt es eine 3D-Vorstellung.

Cool ride and super assisted by “Sara”
It was a good tour with the excellent assistant by “SARA”. She explained everything nicely and covered almost everything. Such a cool person. The gondola ride was just a ride and it was a 20min and it’s like depend on boat handler the area they show you.

Amazing!
Valentina is a wonderful guide. She made the hidden streets tour so fascinating. She is very knowledgable and her English is perfect! Highly recommend the tour and especially if you can have Valentina as your guide!
