El guía del tour a pie Francesco, excelente!!!! Muy recomendable. Amable, amoroso y muchos conocimientos. Después para el paseo en góndola en la oficina Venecia Tours, un desastre, cero organización. No nos atendían, nos decían que esperáramos. El tipo que nos llevó hasta las góndolas un mal educado total!!!!!. Pagamos en español y era todo en inglés. El paseo en góndola no fue un paseo. Te tienen un rato esperando en las calles para matar el tiempo. Venecia tours viven del turismo, no se olviden!!!

the attendants in the office were great, very professional. Our gondola guide was very rude. Referred to my wife as, Hay lady when she was trying to get his attention so I could site next to her after we left the dock. That she was rocking the boat. He ignored her when she tried to get his attention and refused to let me switch with my nephew who was sitting next to her until the ride was almost over.

Nous avons participé à une excursion en gondole à Venise qui, malheureusement, n’a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes. L’expérience a commencé par une courte visite guidée de 15 minutes, en italien uniquement et manquait d’enthousiasme et de profondeur — on sentait clairement que peu d’efforts avaient été faits pour rendre cette introduction vivante ou engageante. Concernant la balade en gondole elle-même, nous étions à la capacité maximale, ce qui enlevait toute sensation d’intimité ou de moment privilégié. Rien de privé, rien d’exceptionnel — une expérience très touristique, standardisée, presque mécanique. Une activité très en deçà de ce que l’on pourrait imaginer en venant découvrir Venise de cette manière. Dommage

Was a good guide for the money you would’ve had to pay just a little bit less for a gondola ride, but would not have got all the information we got from our guide definitely book again

I loved seeing how the Gondola’s and boats maneuvered in the small ways. Great experience. My guide was good. The boat operator talked non stop to another boat operator and I found it loud and annoying. I couldn’t even share my thoughts with my husband or the other two passengers on the boat. I was very disappointed not to be able to capture the experience in the moment.

The fastest 30 minute ride ever. So fast we only had 15 minutes in the water. Arrived early, waited for a start time, and just like that it was over. There are better deals out there. This was a waste of $.

It could be stated that the hour tour only includes 25 mins on a gondola. I wouldn’t have booked it if it had. Very disappointing
