They were extremely rude in their main office- terrible service, extremely snarky, zero customer service. We would never use this service again.

The skip the line does not work, we had to wait for almost another 40 mins on top of the wait for the event to start. Was told the VR was full and would have to come back later

Den personlige guide talte ekstrem hurtig, som om hun skulle nå alt for meget formidling på for kort tid. Men hun var meget sød og imødekommende i sin fremtoning. Gondolturen var skuffende kortvarig. Men den afsluttende oplevelse med VR briller var genial og utrolig spændende. Med en tidsrejse tilbage til middelalderen. Og alt forekom som man selv var med i datiden. Den information man fik, husker jeg nærmest hvert et ord af, hvorimod jeg husker uendelig lidt fra guidens gennemgang. Årsagen er nok mest af alt, fordi der var en kropslig oplevelse mens informationerne blev givet.

Eine wirklich sehr interessante Tour. Tourguide Beatrix hat sehr interessant erzählt, Einblicke in Venedig gegeben, die einem so verborgen geblieben wären. Die Zeit war perfekt, vielleicht eine halbe Stunde länger. Sie gruppemgrösse war sehr gut. Dankeschön! Absolute Empfehlung! Die Tour ist auch für Teenager zu empfehlen.

The commentary and the speakers only worked up to certain point of the tour. I liked that we had our own gondola of 4 people. The meeting point is set 10 mins away from the main gondola area. There was no board we had to ask the person if that was the meeting point. Downloading the app was useless as it only shows you 2 lines of information and asks you to pay. There was a 3D part of the tour about how the gondolas are made. We lost our guide at while crossing the meeting point with several other groups and could not find her.

La experiencia fue hermosa y Beatriz fue una genia con las explicaciones y la buena onda, un 10 realmente. Lo malo fueron los conductores de las Góndolas que no dejaban de hablar y gritar entre ellos y le sacó bastante la magia del recorrido. Al final termina con una realidad virtual que es increíble.
