Don’t waste time or money ripoff
This is a waste of time and money. The gardens to stroll for nice. The lunch was inside only couple of tables outside not even immersed gardens. Food off chain restaurant menu only a couple of items allowed and way over priced.

The guide was knowledgeable & her English was good. We were 20 minutes late starting because there were too many people booked on to it. Being in the second half of the line we often lost the audio connection with her, so missed a lot of information. She wanted to finish the tour in an unknown place to us (she agreed to walk us back to the tour office) On our return we were told to wait for half an hour for the gondola ride. That was late departing too. We lost sight of our guide half way there & decided to return to the office as we had no idea where to go. We were then taken again- along walk to the gondola where we had a short 1/2 hour ride.

Super guide, chaleureux et à l’écoute, très bon connaisseur de la ville: Riccardo. Sur le Grand Canal, l’audio ne marchait plus. Balade quand même TRES courte.

No one helped us!! it was an awful experience!! They kept telling us to go somewhere else! We NEVER entered the Doge palace!! This was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
