La identificación de la guía, Valentina, con los sitios que presentó. Se le nota su amor por el lugar y el conocimiento del mismo. El punto es que esta actividad me parece que es más recomendable para quienes ya han visitado los puntos más importantes de la ciudad y quieren ir un poco más profundo en cuanto al conocimiento de Venecia. Para quienes van a estar pocos días y pretenden un panorama más general sobre los puntos más conocidos e importantes, no me parece lo más aconsejable porque los pasa de costado. Tal vez si se informara con más claridad esto por anticipado, sería más conveniente.

Frusrating

Finding the tour operator based on address alone was difficult. It would be much more helpful to provide that along with the address. However, that may be my poor lack of direction. We ended up being late and had to spend an extra 16 euro to go at a different time and different location. However, we were very disappointed by the gondola ride itself. We had paid extra for live commentary. There was absolutely none. The only time the gondolier spoke was to ask for a tip and we were disembarking. Not sure I would recommend booking this “tour” in advance.

Gondola ride

The tour overall was brilliant the women at the meet up point was welcoming and lovely, seeing the few different spots at the start and learning about them was interesting, the gondola ride was a nice and scenic seeing the building and on the grand canal amazing, the only down fall was the gentleman rowing the gondola he seemed irritated the whole ride sounded as if he was arguing on the phone and then displaying his annoyance with the other rowers at the end. The experience overall was great.

Beautiful, relaxing and interesting
