Activities were good. Only issue was trying to hear the guide. If you turned the earpiece up all the way and really focused you could hear ~70% of what the guide was saying. There was a large number of people per group/guide and some people treated it like the world revolved around them, making listening to the guide impossible. I wish they would have been told to leave.

The walking tour guide francesco was amazing !! I really enjoyed the walk tour About the gondola guide and gondola experience I cannot say the same. I could barely understand the English accent of the guide + I was placed with 4 super fat people in the gondola so I cannot see anything 🤷🏻♂️

There was very little coverage in the grand canal. Most of the touring was in the interiors only. Little more activity in the grand canal would have been attractive and value for money

Giovanni was a terrific guide and we loved the beautiful boat ride to both islands and back (very scenic). Morano was lovely but we thought Burano was the highlight...such pretty picturesque streets, bridges and the shopping and cafés were super!! This is a great tour.

It was ok. Actual Gondola ride was fine. The rest ie the 3D experience was pointless and a cheap way to charge more.

Glad we did it at the onset of our trip. Fun to be on the water and see the city from that vantage point. Gondoliers were disengaged and on their phones…would have liked a more classic experience with them. The first part with the 3D and history was confusing. We didn’t know what was going on and the directions were not clear. It was a good video and history lesson, just didn’t know to expect that and the guides were not clear in communicating what was going on.
