Nous avons acheté un billet pour une balade de 1 H en gondole sur les canaux de Venise mais ma prestation n'a pas été fidèle à l'annonce. En effet nous avons vbaladé dans les rues de Venise pendant 20 minutes, puis la gondole SEULEMENT 15 MINUTES !!!!! Pour finir une expérience de dix minutes avec un casque de réalité virtuelle C'EST DONC DE LA PUBLICITÉ MENSONGÈRE Si vous souhaitez faire une balade en gondole, ne prenez pas cette activité

poor English made it difficult to understand what thr guide was saying most of the time. He also waffled a lot, it felt like he was winging it tbh. Worst aspect was that it was conducted in torrential rain and no umbrellas were provided meaning we all got very cold and wet. I would have appreciated an insight into the best restaurants to eat at or attractions to visit but there was none of that on offer. I learnt very little on this tour sorry to say. The guide was nice but uninspiring I'm afraid.

The tour guide was succinct and knowledgeable getting us from the meeting point to the gondola ride. The gondola ride was fun and it was interesting to travel through the city on the canals. One of my highlights of our time in Venice.

Après 40 minutes de retard du fait que l’agence ait oublié les tickets d’entrée pour d’autres clients, la visite a finalement commencée. La guide parlait un français incompréhensible. Nous avons fini par rendre le matériel et poursuivre la visite seuls à notre rythme.
