Nous avons entendu une heure à l’intérieur du bâtiment car l’agence avait délivré un mauvais billet : San Marco au lieu du palais, des doges à une touriste du groupe. La guide était peu compréhensible, un peu blasée et inintéressante. J’ai déjà fait 2 × cette visite avec des guides passionnants. Je venais avec mes petits-enfants et j’ai été particulièrement déçue.

We had a initial virtual tour of venice for 5 mins which was quite good. after that we were taken towards the gondola ride spot by our guide elizabeth who explained the route and brief history of venice. the person driving the gondola who we thought was our guide on boat , couldn't speak english and dint explain anything so it was basically him driving us through canals of venice . There was no music on our boat which was initially told by the venice tour office . overall it was a disappointment for the 130 pounds we paid for this trip.

Was a good experience to get a feel for the gondola experience and got some nice history facts from the guide but it was quite short.
