Fab experience gondola ride

Great experience, got a short guided tour to the gondola with headphones and the guide was giving us information on the area. Gondola ride was great. Then had a vital experience with information about years past in the area and about the gondolas. The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. Worth every penny.

Could not find Viator service in Venice that was prepaid.

Do not prepay Viator for any tour. When in Venice, we could not find the meeting point for Viator for the gondola ride. I called Viator from Venice twice while we were looking for the meeting point and to get directions and more information. What they gave me was not findable the first time and the second time, it was just wrong. I will never prepay anything else with them.

Súper su trabajo . La pasamos muy bien. Todo el mundo nos trató bien. El paseo fue un poco rápido a mi parecer pero el trabajo de Beatriz excelente.
