Fantastic tour
Beatrice was very knowledgeable about Venice and had a lovely attitude towards everyone in the group. The gondola ride was so serene and a great way to see parts of Venice

There was no live commentary or live music. The guide showed us some places in the distance before the gondola ride started and did not board any of the boats. The tour didn’t even go along the Grand canal. It was a simple 15-20 minute gondola ride in silence through some of the smaller canal routes in Venice

The audio guides did not load fast enough. The first one loaded but the remainder ran about 3 stops behind. The audio was useless and very disappointing that the audio did not match up with the sites being talked about. Basically a gondola ride——BUT NO INFORMATION!
