Our guide Emma was so friendly and enthusiastic about her city. The experience included a short walk and talk as Emma gave us some history of gondolas. The gondola ride was lovely and cheaper than hiring a private ride.

The guid was super, the VR experience was amazing. And the gondola tour was nice but the man on the gondola was screaming to much so we could not hear our audioguid.

The timing of the activity could be explained better in the listing. We talked, then walked, then talked, then walked to gondola and then there was a virtual reality experience that I wasn’t aware of which was cool. I think the total time was much longer than advertised which was good but hard to make a plan to meet up with friends after.

Visite Burano et Murano

C'était super, assez de temps pour un premier aperçu mais il faut revenir pour avoir le temps de flâner, notamment à Murano. Dommage que la visite n'ait pas été en français comme prévu mais des adaptations ont été faites avec un audioguide sur smartphone et la guide qui était quadrilingue (mais qui du coup devait s'occuper de 4 groupes de langues différentes...).

Great and insightful tour of St Marc basiliica

Fantastic and wonderful tour and we do recommend the guide to anyone. The basilica was a plethora of stories much I will remember and grateful our children was with us.

Unsatisfactory experience

Allow plenty of extra time to arrive at the meeting point. Do not trust the public transportation system to be effective. Do not trust the Viator Support to be helpful. their meeting place was hard to find and no one mentioned that the day or the tour was an Italian bank holiday. Customer service was very poor.

Wonderful tour! Would recommend!

Excellent tour to Murano, Burano and Torcello. David was super friendly and shared lots of interesting stories. Would definitely recommend him! Allow lots of time to make it to the meeting point as Venice is generally extremely busy, even in May.

Murano/Burana

Murano was not much to look at except to buy glass products. The demo was short with no real explanation. Burano was nice. Our guide Allegra was nice and professional.
