The guide and tour location were kind and helpful. They were informative about the activity and history behind the canals. However, they used a third party to provide the actual gondola ride and they did not follow the planned route! They cut the ride time in half and we did not see most of the information points on the provided tour app. This was really disappointing!

Unfortunately, this was a really disappointing experience. Gondola’s can’t go along the Grand Canal, only side streets so the title of this experience is misleading. We were also only taken for 20 minutes, rather than 30. We were given a refund for this experience, which is great but its worth mentioning that it is better and significantly cheaper to actually just grab a gondola whilst you are there rather than pay this much money.

I clicked on a tour to...
I clicked on a tour to skip the line for S Marco Basilica for 23E and got charged $290 for 3 of us. I texted back and forth with Venice Tours and they said I selected the tour which I'm pretty sure I did, either way if I made a mistake, there should be a way to get out of it but I couldn't. I just wanted to see the basilica which we did and the rest of the 290Euro was wasted as I didn't do the tour. I would appreciate a refund as I've done about 10 Viator tours in the last 15 days with 2 or 3 others and hope that we can resolve this so I will continue to use Viator. Thank you.

Great gondola ride!
Excellent! Beatrice was a great tour guide. The gondola ride was great & the VR tour at the end was an added bonus! I would definitely recommend booked through the Venice Pass with Tiqets as it’s much cheaper than paying for a private gondola ride!

Wonderfull, nice waves, nice control of the boat, the gondoler even sung a bit. The Take from the smalț Chanel below a lots of Bridgestone untul the grand Chanel.

Great value day trip
Great value for money. Burano timing was perfect but we didn’t get chance to see much of Murano due to time constraints..

Good Experience
Short walking tour, 20-25 minute gondola ride and walk to their bookstore for a VR movie. Overall good experience with very friendly staff. Gondolier was fun and informative as well. Definitely recommend.

Touristy thing to do
Super touristy experience. Would have preferred to just walk up and find a random gondola ride or we should have gone with the operator our AirBnB hosts recommended. Was a little frustrating because we got lost looking for the meeting point and was exactly 7 mins late - no one was around at all. We had to pay a little extra to get onto a later tour. Only for that tour to start about 8 mins late. The Grand Canal area was super crowded and our gondolier talked loudly to another gondolier so it didn’t allow us to relax and take in the sights while enjoying the ride. I can say I rode in a gondola now but that’s about it.

Great tour. Lasted ages. Guided tour first, then ride on a Gondola, and then a virtual realty experience. Tour guides were lovely.

Gondola ride for 5, not 2...
I was hoping for a romantic ride for 2 but it turned out there was 3 other people on the gondola with us. Not so romantic, but still a good experience. If you want romantic be sure to confirm that the gondola ride is for two.

Ot was the perfect quick...
Ot was the perfect quick trip down the smaller canals and into the grand canal. The kids absolutely loved it and so did we!

Murano/Burano
