Notre guide Ricardo a été parfait, très agréable et disponible. Le tour de gondole écourté pour cause de visite du Président a été très moyen. On a fait du stationnaire pendant 15 min et voilà le tour de gondole ! La visite virtuelle proposée par Venice Tours apporte un réel plus ! C’est très bien fait.

Great Visit to Burano/ Murano

Niccola did a great job with our tour! 100% would recommend. We had to leave the tour early to catch our speed train back to Rome and he helped us navigate how to get there with his colleagues. Great views! 10/10

Awesome tour, great guide, cool boat. 10/10 recommend

My husband and I loved this tour. He wasn't thrilled to go to the islands but went along because I pick the tours but be ended up having a wonderful time. Francesco was our guide, he met us at the tour company's office and we walked to his (beautiful) boat and we had a lovely day touring Murano & Burano. We decided to just go through the canal at Burcello because we wanted to spend more time on the other 2 islands. He answered so many questions from us, recommended restaurants and shopping (but never ever pushed us to do anything). If we're ever back in Venice we'd take any tour with Francesco, but you will not regret this boat trip to these beautiful islands.

Emma was amazing! The gondola ride was great and quiet on the water. I loved it. So worth the money and a great way to see what Venice has to offer.

Venice disappointment

This tour was misleading. The Basilica was beautiful, but the Doge's Palace was supposed to be an hour tour and our guide said it would take a minimum of 2 hours, we left before seeing the prison. We missed the gondola ride since our train was going to depart. Should have been a 3-hour tour per the itinerary and I allowed for 4 hours but we missed a lot of the tour because of timing.

Tour was interesting. Lot of beautiful places. Glass factory was exciting. Water transport could have been a little more comfortable, because as a tall person I wanted more space.

Murano, Burano, Torcello

Nicola was a great host. Gave a lot of great details and educational facts about all 3 islands. Definitely go up thw watch tour in Torcello, its worth thw climb!

Burano Murano

Carlota est agréable et ses explications étaient claire mais j'ai clairement préféré Burano. A Murano, la démonstration de verrier est incroyable, cependant il nous a manqué un peu de temps ensuite pour la visite de l'île. On est resté trop longtemps à la boutique !

Really Pleasant experience

A very pleasant experience. Our guide Allegra was so nice. We learned loads about Venice, Murano and Burano. The views were stunning. Loads of time to get food and drinks. And the lace and glass factory experiences were super. Well worth the money.

Even with our reserved...

Even with our reserved 12:30 time slot , we still waited in line for almost two hours. We left due to other plans. As a matter of fact , we wanted a full refund back.

Disorganized Basilica & Doge’s Palace Tour with Gondola Ride

My husband and I participated in this tour on Monday, May 19, but unfortunately, our experience was disorganized and frustrating. The issues started en route to the Basilica, where we had to reroute due to heavy crowds caused by a visiting dignitary. As a result, the Doge’s Palace tour was rescheduled to 3 PM, and we were told to do the Gondola ride instead. However, confusion quickly followed our tour guide was unable to direct us to the gondola station since he was still handling the rest of the group. Once we arrived at the gondola station, we were informed that the meeting point for the Doge’s Palace tour would be communicated after the ride. However, the gondola station claimed it wasn’t their responsibility and directed us to ask the company we had booked with. With no clear instructions, we had to go back to the tour office on our own to figure things out. Eventually, we were informed that the meeting place was at 3 PM, but by then, some members of our group had already left. Overall, we were extremely dissatisfied due to poor organization and lack of communication. The tour guides seemed uninformed, and when we returned to the office to ask questions, the staff appeared frustrated rather than helpful. By the time we received a callback about the situation, the tour had already ended. This experience could have been much smoother with better planning and clearer instructions for participants.

Amazing canal rode

Great little ride on the main canal. We were also able to see a VR showcase of the old Venice. Lovely guided tour with Elisa
