Gandola ride was too short, overall the complete tour took 1.5hours right from the start till end, out of which gandola was only 20mins. Everything else was useless and the meeting could have been near gandola itself instead of some other random place

so much to see, so little time! made shorter by people not arriving a little earlier ( to get headsets etc) lost precious 15min .. because of that almost ran through Doge Palace... so much to see... Not the fault of the guide. who was excellent. charming, knowledgeable and passionate about the art amd history. Francesca (I think her name, sorry) made the experience. thank you.

We missed our tour because we couldn’t find the meeting point. The staff on site was rude and The company would not refund - only rebook if there was “availability” and charge an extra 8Euro each. The directions in the voucher include landmarks that are not currently there (a large newsstand). The meeting place is tucked away in a tiny alcove off the main square. Asking someone for help sent us to a gondola meeting point, where we stood in line for 10 minutes - for the wrong company. It’s a very crowded area with lots of tall buildings so both Apple and Google maps had a difficult time with finding the exact address.

A must see while in Venice!
A fun filled trip with shopping, beautiful boat ride, and food recommended from Francisco. Also the glass blowing demonstration and store is a must see. I have to say Francisco our tour guide was the best.

Interesting view poor guide
The English speaking guide had a heavily accent and was hard to understand. The earpiece was poor and he was unable to rectify by halfway through the tour half the group had remove the earpiece and we’re not listening to the guide. The glass blowing demonstration was quick and about 10 minutes and the lace demonstration was some woman sitting in her shop a bit uninteresting.
