There are no guided tours in Murano and Burano as stated in the itinerary. The tour provider first admitted that that's "a mistake" (although the itinerary has not been adjusted accordingly, either) and later they pulled a 180 and lied claiming that the tour was done according to the description. This is a sales pitch for a glass factory, that's it. Check out other reviews before you book, people keep having the same experience. Take a water bus and enjoy your time by yourself instead.

A atividade ao tado é legal, mas não é nada de mais. Uma parte interessante foi a experiência de conhecer a história da cidade com o óculos de realidade virtual. Depois fizemos um tour a pé, longo até o ponto de embarque. O passeio de gôndola em si, apesar do bom atendimento não foi bom. O trajeto é muito curto, andaram mais pelos canais e vielas internas com paisagem feia, do que pelo canal principal que tem vista bonita. A rota além de curta não foi boa. Contratei um passeio particular para duas pessoas, éramos duas mulheres e dividimos o barco com dois homens.

Expensive price for basically a church and doge palace tour with a lift up to the bell tower. Bridge of sighs entrance to the prison was good but not enough content on the conditions or prisoners etc. The bell tower was great for views over the square and city and probably the best bit for me, but could do this on your own especially if not that into churches etc. Would not visit either the basilica or doge’s palace again. However included in the ticket was the Correr Museum entrance which was very interesting with lots of interesting exhibits and not crowed at all as an own walk around. Also the ticket had a museum entrance to the Ducale but was not told anything about this or what it was so missed the entrance time.
