Great gondola ride
The tour was exceptional and informative, very organized, great gondelar and beautiful gondola! Wish we had 1 go deal for just my family.

Disappointed
Our tour started at 2. The headset was really Diffley to hear the tour guide- almost muffled. And I wasn’t the only one who thought the quality was poor. When we were in the Doge prison- the headset would cut out multiple times due to the thick walls and having to walk in a very long single file. With the 2 pm start time, our gondola was scheduled for 4:40. However, we were told the tour would not be done by then and our gondola was really scheduled for 5:30 pm. Frustrating not to hear what the tour guide was saying and the lack of keeping to the posted time.

Wasted time on my short trip
This tour was basically boat rides to two islands. The tour was too crowded and the lace place was not large enough and when asked to repeat what they said when the first group was in the room the lady acted inconvenienced. Our guide said he had told them to make sure everyone got in the room. This did not happen. In addition there was just minimal I fo in the lace making. Then we tasted a biscuit and were on our own for lunch. The second stop was a ten minute observation of glass making. Interesting but for the time I spent seeing the work versus the time spent traveling on the boat this was a waste of my last day in Venice. It was 10:30-4 for 20 minutes of seeing the artisans. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Good value
We booked it the evening before. We could t find the meeting point by the chat bot directed us. For the price it was perfect! We shared a gondola which was absolutely fine. The short walking tour was interesting and we felt it was good value for money. Easy to book and glad we followed the suggestion on here.
