love love love the gondola ride and chosen route. guide was great but hard to hear her.

This was nothing more than a sales pitch. My family would have been better served by going to the islands ourselves on public transportation. The boat we were transported in was like a sauna, and the boat driver refused to let us sit in the rear where it was more open. We could see very little from the boat because the windows were so high. We missed the first portion of the glass demonstration, so we didn't get to see the master blow glass. Our "guide" on Murano was only interested in selling us things. If we weren't buying he just wanted us out of the way. On Burano we spent 2 minutes with a lace-making lady, were shown where to get a sample cookie, and then left to explore on our own. The returning boat ride took 45 minutes, much slower than public transportation. Like I said, it would have been better for us to take a vaporetto and explore the islands on our own.

La actividad fue excelente . Salimos en tiempo . Todo organizado. La Guia fue fantastica . Creo que su nombre era Zara . Una chica veneciana muy agradable que nos explico todo muy bien y nos dio varios tips para ayudarnos en la Ciudad. Recomiendo 100% el Tours. Gracias

Tivemos que dividir o barco com outro casal, ficamos extremamente desconfortáveis. Pagamos caro por um passeio que achávamos que ia ser a dois, chegamos lá tinha outro casal junto, nem conseguimos tirar fotos. Um momento que era pra ter sido bacana, acabou sendo estressante, esperava muito mais. Não recomendo.

Extrêmement décevant ! Impression de tourisme de masse. Beaucoup trop peu de temps sur les îles (les traversées prennent plus de 2h sur les 5 prévues). Les visites font "attrape touristes". L'option Torcello ne donne pas droit à une visite en plus, mais du temps en moins sur Burano ! Sentiment d'arnaque. De toute façon, nous n'avons même pas eu l'occasion de découvrir Torcello à cause des retards cumulés du bateau, il fallait rentrer à Venise ! Heureusement, notre guide était charmante.

Was lovely; very scenic xx nice experience But wasn’t aware we couldn’t all go together so was a shame to be in to different ones; but this may have been my misreading Also wasn’t aware we were getting a guided mini tour, which was a welcomed addition xx

We did the guided tour of Doge palace, St. Mark’s basilica and gondola ride. The first two took a little over 2 hours. There was a 45 min gap prior to the gondola experience. This part included virtual reality and then a short walk to the site where the gondola ride departed. This part did not feel very organized with how long it took for the groups to get through the virtual reality part. With the 45 min gap, the whole experience was closer to 4 hours. Something to keep in mjnd if you have other activities scheduled.
