80% of the tour was in Italian and the rest 20% in broken English, no story, just some random sentences. Waste of time. Wish we spent this time walking on our own.

Le billet coupe file est hors de prix par rapport à l'entrée normale. Le double ! L'audioguide est une arnaque. C'est un QR qui ne peut pas être téléchargé à l'intérieur du palais ou de la basilique. Ceux qui font les guides audio ne sont pas français et les accents sont peu compréhensibles. Donc épuisants à écouter. Sachez qu'il n'y a pas beaucoup de queue pour acheter des billets en réalité (en tout cas le vendredi qui précède Pentecôte). La formule oblige à passer par une pseudo agence difficile à trouver pour retirer les billets alors que pour tout achat de billets coupe file en théorie ils devraient être téléchargeables. Bref, très mauvaise expérience.

Small group pleasant experience
Our Venice gondola ride was excellent. The guide was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed the water tour experience.

Definitely Skipped the Lines!
The tour guide, Elena, was informative, funny, intelligent, and caring. She highlighted the stops on our tour up to the Gondola ride. The young lady doing that tour was sweet, but it was super crowded and tough to follow. NOT her fault. The gondola ride was a great experience but we did not continue after as it was late into lunch.

Amazing views! Great tour guide Misia! She explained the history of the gondola and why they are all painted black. Gondola ride is worth it!

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar
Niet zijn geld waard: eerst wachten, dan 10’ gegidsd wandelen, wachten, dan slechts 20’ gondel ( zonder bezienswaardigheden), wachten, 5’ gondelmuseum: ge voelt u geripped.
